The hotel is very well located and close to walk of fame in Hollywood. Breakfast is amazing and more than you expect for a continental one. Juani and Claudia are just adorable!! Hotel is very clean, the pool is clean and with comfortable ambience. They could do better with a small cafeteria x nights, early check in as 3pm is just NOT FAIR!

Nice location And safe area

Nice location, in walking distance to a lot of the Hollywood must see, and close to Restaurants, with different price tags, so something for everyone's wallet. Metro close by, and free parking in the back, and of cause a heated pool. Security from early evening, and true out the night, and its in a safe area.

It could just be me, but as a person coming from San Francisco, the area around the hotel was a bit dirty and noisy. It feels like it is more of LA thing rather than the hotel’s fault. Its clean, and nice does have a breakfast in the morning.

The shower curtain rod fell and hit my wife's head as she tried to close it. Then I go to take a shower before our flight and it was only cold water coming out. I let it run for almost 15 minutes and still no hot water or warm water. The front desk said leave it for 10 minutes tonwarm up.I had to shower in really cold water because I had to go straight to the airport. It ruined my day jist as I started it. It sucked.
