The best hotel in Cancun!
It truly is the best hotel in Cancun the best service. The best food in the rooms are brand new and five diamond luxury. We stayed for our honeymoon and everything was the highest quality we’ve ever experienced in our lives. I would highly recommend it for anybody is the best hotel on the beach anywhere in Mexico.

Top notch!! Exceptional service, staff is ready to meet your every need. The Rooftop pool has an excellent view of Isla Mujers. Rooms are state of the art. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults only. Book now! We will definitely stay here again! 6 days of the best vacation I have ever experienced. Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I came for his 30th birthday weekend and we had a BLAST! The staff, the food, the hotel overall, the room and all of the amenities were extremely clean, up kept and beautiful! Everything was brand new. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation spot for all couples!! We will be back!

Excellent Couples Getaway
Excellent hotel and staff. You're greeted with a cold towel and specialty drink upon arrival. Check-in is a breeze. We were assigned 2 butlers (am and pm) who contacted for any need. Thank you Alexa, Raul, Christian and the many more people who made our getaway so memorable.

We initially booked our trip at mousai Cancun. The hotel wasn’t ready so they put us in Garza Blanca( their sister hotel). We were upset at right but they hotel staff took exceptional care of us. Everything was perfect, food was amazing, and the service was unbelievably amazing! I would definitely recommend both of these properties to everyone!

The hotel is just opening the weekend of June 1st, they are opening the first three floors and they are spectacular. We arrived on 5/18 and because they weren’t open yet they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom king at Garza Blanca We have a wonderful time, staff is really attentive and professional, the grounds are immaculate and the food is exceptional We can’t wait to go back Make sure to ask for Christian at the main Pool and the Butler Alexa….they are the best of the best
