We were a group of 4 that stayed in the deluxe apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment itself was pleasant, clean, and well equipped. The location was also very convenient, yet no problems with noise at night. However the check-in process were met with some hiccups. We knew there was no front desk, so we enquired about luggage storage a few days prior to arrival. The hotel replied that we could use the lockers in the lobby. However, despite subsequent enquiry they did not respond with an access code for the front door in advance. Moreover when we managed to get in with the help of other guests, we found that the lockers were not functioning. The “digital agent” was not helpful as it could not deal with any “non standard questions”. Thus we had no choice but to take our luggages onto the streets for a few hours until the hotel sent us access codes for the apartment at the actual checkin time. Nonetheless a nice place altogether to stay in esp for groups, but just something to bear in mind.

Fantastic location in the heart of Seville
We loved our stay! Such a fantastic location right in the heart of Seville. The apartment was spacious, well appointed with beautifully comfortable beds and easy electronic front door and apartment access. There’s a small lap pool on the top level floor with sunbeds but you’ll probably spend more time out of the apartment as the location is so central to everything. We absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% stay again

Para repetir
El alojamiento muy bien ubicado, zona céntrica muy cerca de todos monumentos para ir caminando y disfrutando de la ciudad y de callejear. El colchón del sofá cama demasiado estrecho e incómodo, se notaban todos los ejes del somier y eran molestos para dormir.

Cómodo y limpio
El apartamento ha sido cómodo y cubría nuestras necesidades. Había que subir andando porque el ascensor es pequeño y muy lento. Faltaba un armario, alguna manta más y toallas grandes.

This apartment and its location were awesome. We were very excited to see the space as the pictures did not come close to what the property actually looked like. It is very convenient to all of the old town Seville sites as well as surrounding areas. Very walkable and safe.

Boa opção de alojamento que podia ser ainda melhor
Local muito interessante, muito bem localizado em pleno Centro, junto à Igreja do Salvador, que proporcionou uma estadia agradável num apartamento bem equipado (no que fiquei tinha máquina da loiça e roupa) e cómodo, apenas com o reparo de existir pouco espaço para guardar roupa e malas. Os quarto não tinha roupeiro, apenas suportes para cabides, sem gavetas e espaço para colocar as malas. Quando chegamos o elevador estava avariado mas, com a insistência por e-mail, o problema foi resolvido no dia seguinte apesar de ser um sábado. A resposta da equipa de suporte foi rápida e eficiente. O mesmo elevador tem o problema de ser demasiado lento nas subidas e descidas o que torna um pouco desagradável o seu uso. Apesar de não termos usado, tem uma piscina no roof top com boas vistas.

This property is in an amazing location. It is well maintained with modern and minimal furnishings. All check ins etc are remote but the people we were in contact with via e-mail or in person (the maintenance and cleaning team) were extremely courteous and friendly. However, there are a few things to improve on (and this would give this property 5 stars imo).They need more clarity in communicatuon e.g. we didn't know where we had to empty bins! We were there for 8 days, so it was inevitable we needed communal bins. We also didn't know that the building is in a pedestrianised zone, so it was a little difficult with luggage, a pram and two children. Just something families should be aware of. It's about a 200 metre walk from the main road. Also our kitchen wasn't clean, but i'm sure this was an oversight as the rest of the apartment was spotless. Overall a great self catering place to stay, especially with children and easy walking access once settled in.

Mooi appartement in het centrum van Sevilla
Mooi appartement, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Ruime keuken. Appartement met pincode te openen, geen sleutels meer. Midden in het centrum van Sevilla alles te belopen. Service alleen telefonisch geen mail of WhatsApp wat de communicatie lastig maakt.

Die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung der Unterkunft waren sehr gut! Die Lage im Herzen von Sevilla war hervorragend- alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Um in die Unterkunft zu kommen, erhielten wir einen Link kurz vor Ende der bei der Buchung angegeben Frist am Tag des Check-Ins. Es wäre angenehmer, wenn dies schon früher der Fall wäre.

We just checked out of this property. We had a superior room for 3 nights. We had a bit of a smell when we first arrived but after messaging them they sent someone upright away. Room is set up with everything you could need. Nice having the washing machine as well. They do need to lower the bathroom mirror. I’m 5’6 and barely had the bottom third of the mirror to see. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Fantastic location and the property was modern with good quality furnishings and appliances. The rooftop pool was also really appreciated for our family with two young boys and hot weather.
