Last night in Florence.
This small boutique hotel has a blend of historic decor and up to date technology. The staff are amazing and fully engaged us through the check in process. Located in close proximity of the Duomo, the tower was in sight of our room.

We had a fabulous time here. The room was absolutely stunning with great ameneties. Very modern and at the same time it had a Firenze charm to it. The bathrooms were stunning and we loved the modern shower that changed colors! Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They were so helpful. I would say the only thing is the very old elevator but we didnt let it bother our stay. And there was a wierd smell in the hallways but not in our room Thank you for everything! Was a beautiful experience and by far my favorite hotel!

Location and stylish, comfortable rooms
Great hotel room overall with spacious areas and amazing reinassance theme as well as view of the Duomo. Location is probably what justifies the pricing. Staff was very attentive particularily Navy. Would have appreciated more ammenities such as room service or help getting a taxi given the "luxury" level.

This hotel is nice but the check in process is awful. I’d too come outside the check in time you are SOL. We waited an hour then this gentleman showed up. No hello nothing we waited while he blew his nose a million times and after 40 minutes said you can come in. Our room was right across from reception. The next day we put a do not disturb sign and left the room with all of our stuff just laying out. We returned to have our door wide open and the lady at reception said they were changing the locks. Well it was done and the door was still open. When we left we asked recption to arrange a taxi that never showed up. Stay at a hotel and save yourself from this agony. Oh and the elevator also doesn’t work well or not at all.

My room was absolutely stunning, featuring a luxurious bathtub that made my stay even more special. We stayed here 4 nights and would have stayed more if we could have. The location is excellent and the rooms are amazing. Gunther was an amazing associate at the desk and helped us with anything that we needed. Highly recommend this location as it is extremely convenient to anything and everything in Florence. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful for views at night.

The location is amazing. So close to everything you want to see. Every staff member we met was wonderful. Met our every need with kindness. The building has so much history and the room is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. We were given a wonderful gift by the hotel and complimentary drinks. Great room, friendly and helpful staff! The door knob came off and they were unable to fix it for the last two nights of the stay which felt a bit unsafe. Also the old elevator didn’t work one afternoon so we had to walk up and down the four flights to the entrance of the hotel. That being said the location is unbeatable!

Amazing area, room, and staff! The maps do lead you to the wrong place on both Apple and Google. I loved everything about the stay, however, there was a terrible smell in the building and in our room. We ended up having to go buy some air freshener to mask the scent.

Muy bien ubicado
No es un hotel como tal, al comienzo nos desconcertó porque no hay recepción, son unas habitaciones en un piso del edificio, la habitación que nos tocó muy linda, en honor a un príncipe de la India. La primera noche nos costó mucho trabajo abrir la puerta, aprendimos y todo bien. Lo mejor; la localización.
