genel olarak başarılı, fakat jeneratör yok!
10 günlük konaklama sürecimizden bahsedeceğim.ilk 7 gün otelde herşey güzeldi. personelin ilgisi kültürel ve toplumsal olarak gayet normaldi. ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı oldular. çocuk için yanımızda getirdiğimiz makarna paketiyle, özel tarifli bir makarna bile pişirdiler bizim için. bavulları tartmak için bi tartıları yoktu ama bi şekilde ölçmemize yardımcı oldular:) 7. güne geldiğimizde şehirde çok güzel bir kar yağışı başladı bundan sebep midir bilinmez otelin misafir odalarında elektrik kesintileri yaşanmaya başladı. restoran ve lobi de elektrik var ama yukarıda katlarda yoktu. görevliler şehirde bir sorun olduğunu söylediler. bizde gündüz olduğu için dışarı çıktık ama döndüğümüzde hala elektrik gelmemişti. biraz daha bekledik. ertesi günde yine öğleden akşama kadar süren 6-7 saatlik bir kesinti oldu. otelin henüz bir jeneratörü yokmuş, varmış ama sadece restoran ve lobi için:) katlar içinse almayı planladıklarını söylediler. konaklayacak olanlar bu gibi durumlara hazır olmalılar, otel bir jeneratör alana kadar :) onun dışında odalar geniş ve temizdi, oda temizliği istediğinizde geç de olsa odaya geliyorlar:) restoranın sigara içile ve içilmeyen iki alanı bulunuyor. daha çok garsonlar içilen alanda bulunuyor üst kısımlar yani sigara içilmeyen alan daha sakin. otelin havalimanı transfer hizmeti de bulunuyor gitmeden konuşmanızda yarar var.biz gidiş gelişi otel aracılığı ile yaptık ve çok memnun kaldık.genel olarak memnunduk yine kalacağımz kesin:) teşekkürler herkese!

When we checked in to the hotel, they took 100 euros to reserve the parking space in front of the hotel. (4 days) . When we back to hotel the next day, the parking space was full and I asked how this was possible. They said that they did not know the person who parked, apologized to us and told us to park our car in another paid parking lot 200 meters away. Then they said that the car that did not have a reservation in the parking lot would leave at 12 the next day. We parked our car somewhere else, left in the morning and when we arrived in the evening, the parking space was full again! The weather was already cold with our bags in our hands, we put it in the first place we found so as not to be late for our dinner reservation. They towed our car and the best moments of our holiday were ruined by this hotel. If you cannot monitor the parking space, you will not charge anyone! I will come to Belgrade again but never to this hotel..

Balkan Hotel, located exactly in the heart of the city centre is accessible to all the attractions within the city, and the staff are very hepful, and so clean room, wanderfull breakfast we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights.Thank you very much

Beautiful hotel with non-working AC
We went on a weekend trip. Lovely room, nice hotel, and good cleaning. The breakfast was also great. However, we were unfortunate that the heating in the rooms didn’t work. When we went down to tell the reception, we were met by two receptionists. One was sitting there yawning, while the other explained that it wasn’t their fault and that she had just been to the third floor to feel the temperature, and that it was abnormal. Then one of the receptionists said she could ask housekeeping to check it. We were also told that we would need to wait for the manager. When I went back upstairs, I mentioned it to housekeeping, who explained that it was because the climate control was on – however, it had been off the entire time we’d been there, so that wasn’t the cause. I went back to the reception to wait for the room to be serviced but was met by the manager, who gave me hostile looks and refused to engage in dialogue or listen to why I was there. The kind female receptionist gave us another room on the fourth floor, but the heating there wasn’t any better. Additionally, she made sure we had a free late check-out and didn’t have to pay for what we had taken from the minibar. Big praise to the female receptionist, but it is embarrassing that the manager and the young male staff member behaved so rudely at such an expensive and well-regarded hotel. Unprofessional and embarrassing for a hotel that costs so much money!

Centrally located, the hotel offers easy access to Belgrade center. Old 19th centery building is decently maintained and should be appreciated in contrast to some modern hotels. No issues with cleanliness.

Front desk needs training on hospitality, how to smile and greet customers, being polite and accommodating, very robotic and less than enthusiastic. Room was very small for an executive suite, needed some repairs, slippers and robe looked and felt very cheap. Over priced for Belgrade market rate.
