More than just reasonable, but not great
I booked this hotel due to its proximity to our office location and overall it was a reasonable stay.
Let's focus on the good:
Location - close to where I wanted to be, not too far from the center of Cankaya.
Staff - fabulous, spoke very good English, which is a big plus.
Breakfast - I am not a big breakfast person, but this hotel offered a good buffet in the morning
Room - I was "upgraded" and the room was big, massive bathroom.
Now on to the not so great aspects_
Room Maintenance - the windows in the room need a good adjustment, because closing them made you feel like you were about to break them. One night wind pushed one open.
Room Maintenance - Outlets / Switches - there were a ton of outlets and light switches, yet when it came to the light switches I am not sure I understood which does what (many seemed to have no purpose). They also could use a good wipe down.
Room Cleanliness - I think the room was mostly fine, but the towels left a lot to be desired. One day I had one that looked like someone polished their shoes with them, and on every day there were long black hairs on the towels.
