This place is awesome!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful and well kept place. The breakfast they serve is simply amazing! Also, the food is the restaurant was delicious. The customer service was also very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Really nice stay

Me and my partner stayed here for a layover in Bangkok which was good since it was close to many of the main attractions we wanted to visit. Adding on to that the hotel was really nice, clean and the room spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was also really friendly. We would definitely stay here again of we go back ro Bangkok.

Everything about it is great!! already give the information to my coworkers that will go to Thailand. We will come back to this Hotel Id travel many countries and by far this have the nicest staff. A lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was large and comfy. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the restaurant served nice meals in the evening. Pool area was pleasant although we didnt actually swim.

This is an excellent hotel from the moment you step in the front door and have your heavy bags ushered away. The customer service is better than anywhere I have been - you don't get this quality in the UK, especially for the price you have to pay. We were only there for one night and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great family hotel for base in bangkok.

The hotel was perfect. It was very hot and humid visiting Bangkok in April but we loved returning to the hotel lste afternoon and having a swim to cool off. The hotel was clean, modern and breakfast was lovely. It was a perfect oasis and sanctuary in a very busy and bustling Bangkok.

It was great to stay at Pranakorn Heritage. They welcomed me warmly with a traditional drink and sweets. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is small but for me it was decent. The pool was clean and nice to relaxe during the afternoon. The whole hotel is very clean! The breakfast starts early until 10:30 am. It was delicious especially the fresh makes omelett. The only small negative detail ist that the location is a bit away from the center to the must see places. 100 meters away from the hotel is an 7eleven store. Overall it was a great stay and I can warmly recommend the hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit superfreundlichem Personal! Sehr saubere und großzügige Zimmer. Tolles Preis-Wert-Ratio! Tip: zum Thewes Pirr laufen und für 21 Baht mit dem Boat downtown fahren. Sehr gutes Thai Restaurant wenn man rauskommt rechts an einer Ecke gegenüber einer Wäscherei. Mehrere Supermärkte und ein teues Sushi Restaurant in der Nähe (nach links). Grab App nutzen. Hotel Taxis zu teuer.

Der Pool ist sauber, das Frühstück genügt zwar den Ansprüchen, könnte jedoch optimiert werden. Das Personal agiert professionell. Allerdings ist es nicht möglich, die Fenster im Zimmer zu öffnen, und es mangelt an zusätzlichen Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen werde.

Snyggt och modernt hotell i bra läge!

Vi stannade två nätter i slutet av vår resa. I början av vår resa bodde vi i Sukhumvit, vilket är ett mer livligt område än var detta hotell ligger. Runt detta hotell finns många sevärdheter så som det kungliga palatset och diverse tempel. Hotellet var finare än vad bilderna ger sken av, vilket inte hör till det vanliga. Allt från incheckningen, rummet, frukosten och utcheckningen var bra. Inget att klaga på.
