Gorgeous sea view from the room. Room was clean and well maintained. The shower sometimes pushed out very hot water for a few seconds but on the whole it was nice. Large walk in shower. The food was lovely and always a good selection. Staff could be a little bit off but on the whole friendly enough

Short walk to beach, worked well for LCT triathlon. As with most hotels in Alcudia at this time of year, they were shutting up for 4 months which meant that they were running out of a lot of stuff such as orange juice and white wine, bit of an issue if all inclusive. Most of the staff were pleasant. It is also would noting that Alcudia was a bit of a ghost town over the winter.

Nice holiday
Very nice area, close to the buss station, shops and beach. Very good food, friendly staff, and nice entertainment. Very clean room but a little bit small and the furniture need to be change because is old. Overall is quite and good hotel.

Could be better.
The hotel is located in a good position for the beach. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel needs updating. There was one electric plug in the bedroom halfway up the wall!! No use for charging phone. The bathroom was small, no shelves, no towels rails (these were left on a stool) and a shower so small that water went everywhere. I am about 5foot 4 and I hit my face on the taps every time I showered and my husband kept turning it off as there was no room to turn around. There was a TV on the wall above the door into the bathroom. OK to watch if you were in the bed looking at it but the other bed had hidden viewing because of the wardrobe. Beds comfy and room clean. Food was adequate. Good selection at breakfast and evening meal. An enjoyable stay though.

Basic hotel.
Bathroom had no door. Paper thin walls making the room extremely noisy. Food was great. Waiter took a bottle of water from our dinner table on our final evening whilst informing us "No drinks if you are only half board"

Nice hotel ,two minits walk to beach,shops ect
Well its not often that the photos you see on the hotel website are the same as the hotel,its very well kept,staff work tirelessly all day for you and cheerfull,i had romm 812 on 8th floor seaview and was the best decition as it was fantastic to wake uo to the sunrise and sea views in the morning and just lovely at sunset on the balcony,at least 6 uk chanells,shower room size was efficient ,toilet was in a bit of a funny angle but not a probleme for me but may be a ishue with say heavier guests. Soundproofing beetwen rooms not good so take ear plugs .food was excelent and all food groops are offered and well prepared fromm full english breackfast to great supper . Cant fault it apart from the room soundproofing ,i would glady go again

Nice clean hotel but has walls very thin
Had a nice time until the last few days we had new neighbours we were in room 716 they were 717. They were incredibly noisy screaming all night until 5 am. I initially thought it was young people but sadly they were in there 50s and 60s. We complained to reception. They said would sort it but they were still the same. Also the other side room 715 we could hear snoring all night.

We stayed 5 days there. The room is simple and clean. We booked half board. Buffet is fine. We did not like that drinks (at least water) was not even included and had to pay extra for it. This was never mentioned when proceeding to the reservation. WIFI and safe are charged extra and not that cheap :-( :-(. When we wanted to check in our room was not ready. We came 1hour later as recommended by the receptionist and our room was still not ready. We did not really appreciate it and had to wait another hour. Rooms above the pool are loud as you have music at the pool until 10:30-11:pm.

Basic 3*** hotel
The rooms are very basic, air con worked OK, good size TV with about six English channels. Small bathrooms, good shower,basic toiletries, No hair dryers. Beds comfortable enough. Good size balcony with city view. The dining room got busy so the food ran out quickly but replenish frequently, food OK but needed more veggie options(I don't eat meat or fish) Bar, dining and cleaning Staff friendly. The reception staff especially the lady couldn't do enough to help. Pool area is smallish for the size of the hotel, (we went in October) and if you went in the height of summer you would have trouble getting a sun bed.Overall the hotel was very clean and a basic 3***

This Hotel is a short walk to the beach, shops
The hotel is kept very clean but the rooms are small and the showers very small and poor water power! Initially the food was very good and varied but went down hill by the end of first week! The sweets provided became much of a muchness after a few days. The Entertainment at night was poor with just 2 acts actually enjoyed! The man in charge of running the nights activities was very poor! Our last night there consisted of 2 quizzes...films/pop songs. These papers were marked by the entertainment guy and the prize given to people he knew and we were never given a rundown of the answers. When we asked we were told they were out of time to do so, yet, were still there 30minutes after!!

Great holidays at Condes de Alcudia
Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Condes de Alcudia. The only minus were the day of arrival and the first night, when the hotel was fully booked. Thus, they could only give us a very small room with a tiny bathroom, in the back side of the hotel, near the fire escape stairs. One could hardly take a shower in that bathtub or wash in the tiny sink. Moreover, the drain was clogged and water leaked from the shower came out in the room. However, the lady at the reception desk was very kind and promised she will make the necessary arrangements for a good room to be provided in the morning of the next day. Indeed, shortly after the check-out time, the room was cleaned up and we've been given a very nice, spacious room, overlooking the bay and the resort. This really paid off for the unpleasantness of the first night. Also, the services in the restaurant were very good, while the food was plentiful, varied and tasty. As a recommendation, free WiFi in the room should be considered in the future, as an additional service the customers can benefit of. For the time being, this is only available in the hotel's lobby for half an hour daily and the connectivity is not so good.

We had a great stay while in Mallorca. The hotel was easy to find, had free street parking nearby and the staff was polite and helpful. We chose the all inclusive option and all meals were great. There was a variety of food and many healthy options which we were thankful for. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. WiFi was $35 for the week, and sometimes we had trouble accessing it, but overall we had a great stay! Would recommend this hotel.

Happy Holiday
Stayed at this hotel on half board.Have stayed at many 3* hotels in the past but this was far the best. We thought that the food was very good and not too repetitive as with some hotels. Dinner was especially good with an excellent choice and all the food was cooked very well.The only thing if you wanted tea take your own teabags. Other than that could not fault. Staff good particularly Kiko and Hasna entertainment team. Interacted with guests all the time they were on duty and off. The only negative we had was that the safe in the room was quite expensive.

Lovely hotel close to the beach
Stayed for a short break, all inclusive was very good. Drinks and food was very good, always found something to eat. Room was big and bed was comfortable, they even provide toiletries! And a beach bag! Shower very good.Tv was good just needed to pay 10. Euro deposit for remote. The only issue was the lifts were very small so there could be a queue but that wasn't a major problem. Staff friendly.

Nice economical hotel on beach
Stayed for 4 nights with my wife and son. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was of good standard. A bit basic room with no refrigerator, hair dryer etc but I guess the price reflected that. Stone throw away from long white sand strip Alcudia beach. Good entertainment every night. I stayed as bed and breakfast which was a mistake I should have gone for all inclusive option considering meals outside hotel were a bit pricey and it was more about inconvenience when you have young children with you. It was nice of them to provide us complementary dinner on the night of our arrival even though we were booked in as bed and breakfast only. Overall very nice experience and luckily got a bit of a sea view from room as well which was amazing to wake up to.Bear in mind it is very different to other party areas of majorca, it is totally family kind of place which was great for us but it has got many on the beach bars and resturants.

the hotel was everything it said in the write up
All the staff were very pleasant and always greeted us. The food was excellent and the room had a wonderful view of the beach and bay. on our last day the young man on reception went over and above his job title to make sure we had our transport sorted for the morning, he did make a first class job and deserves a medal. The pool was cleaned every day and also had a life guard on duty most of the day. Realy good holiday, thank you.
