Room with a view!
We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was great! Very pretty. Pool is open until 2 am, very nice. Breakfast was good. The only reason I would not stay here again is because the beds are very very firm. Otherwise very nice.

good enough for quick trip
I think it's a good hotel for couples on a quick trip more so than a family trip with kids. has an indoor pool but fails to mention that it's ice water and still not heated in any way. room was clean and comfortable but looked and felt very dated.

Think before booking
Well where to start? hmm how about only 1 front desk worker when it was the normal check in time when there was multiple people waiting to try to check in Then they wasnt many wheelchair accessible parking spaces And then the doors are to quick reflax to shut on a wheelchair person the frig didnt even get cold then the night before we checked out the night stand fell with ONLY our glasses and cell phones on it breakfast was awful only good thing was a plain bagel lol

A little clean goes a long way.
Complex is dated, and it shows in the carpeting and some of the walls (cracked, worn- etc.) but this is not a huge deal. The problem occurred when we went to our room and noticed mouse droppings on one of the beds and the floors didn't look to have been vacuumed for some time. Immediately stripped the beds and checked for bugs- just to be sure, nothing present. sheets seemed clean, so slept with own blankets while leaving the dirty on the floor in the corner. Beds were super soft and there was a smell of marajuana in the air. Pool area was semi-clean, I have seen MUCH worse.

First day tiles (6-7) tiles were BADLY CRACKED ! 2 day they COVERED IT OLD WORN OUT RUBBER MAT! Rooms are old. BEDS VERY WORN OUT! Sink holes ! Hallway has a odor on 3 floor. Breakfast! Horrible! Pancakes you make like hockey pucks ! Biscuits are dry! Gravy bland nasty! Fruit is from a can . Etc. location was only good thing I can say.

Dirty and Ants...
Hands down, one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. I'm not someone who expects the Ritz Carlton when renting a room on the lower price range, but basic dusting and vacuuming around the edges of walls or beds would go a long way, or better yet, the hallway! First impression walking into the room was the smell. It didn't stink, but it didn't smell great either. Bought air freshners from Wal-Mart. Same with surfaces like mini fridge and microwave, looked to not be wiped down at all and nasty. Bought disinfectant wipes at Wal-Mart to clean mini fridge. At any given time in the bathroom, you would find 2-3 ants crawling around. Then on the final day, we had a box of crumbl cookies sitting on the tv stand furniture and within about 4-5 hours, covered in ants. We stayed from Monday until Saturday and it was sort of a running joke about trash in the hallway and whether or not it would still be there the next day. It was there every day except for the last day. Looking at the hallways, you get the impression a vacuum is rarely used. Same goes in the rooms around wall edges or bed edges. A hair band was found in the floor next to the bed. Move the curtains around the A/C and just dirt and debris. Just felt very nasty overall. Convenient location, but that's about it for a positive comment.

Housekeeping lacking
Room was dirty when we arrived. The floors hadn’t been swept in a while and there was dust/dead bugs on the desk and bloody boogers on the wall near the chair. Bathroom vent disgusting. Asked housekeeping and front desk to clean it and it wasn’t done the entire stay. Beds were made twice during our 5 night stay. One day beds were half made. Odd. Asked for clean towels and were told to go get them ourselves at front desk. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Location was great and lobby area was cute.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk wasn't the happiest but it could have been a busy day or short-staffed. Did find a couple of ants (one on wall and one on bed). I can handle ants just not roaches or bed bugs.
