we are 4th time returning guests of Capella usually accompanied by our small dog. Their Italian and Chinese restaurants are now pet-friendly so that we could bring our small dog with us for breakfast and dinner at the outdoor terrace seats and this is definitely a plus point. 1. Room photo was not as described (room photo had sea view and jacuzzi in balcony). They later upgraded me to one with jacuzzi in balcony, without sea view 2. Jacuzzi controls did not work, had to keep calling technical team 3. Contracted food poisoning after eating in the hotel (had laksa and watermelon juice) and went to emergency room the next day for treatment.
