The room was very clean, the personnel helpfull, we asked for our room to be changed as it was facing the street and the noise was bothering us and the receptionist was very kind and gave us a new room on the spot, far away from the street noise! I am for the second time in hilton sibiu and I will come back again, for those who love the traditional Romanian food there is also a restaurant Camara Boierului near the hotel,zoogarden is oposite just 5 minute walking.
