Beautiful Inn and Place to Stay. Need parking
Beautiful place to stay. My only complaint is there was an event on-site so no parking. I arrived around 5:30pm and had to park 3 blocks away from the Inn. In the future I would probably check in ahead of time to see if there is an event or show up right at check in or just before to secure a spot behind the Inn. The next morning when I woke up there were plenty of parking spots after the event ended.

It is a beautiful well maintained old property in a lovely setting. The only negative was a bizarre women at the front desk who was rude to the guests. It was actually a topic of conversation between the guests. She tried to shame me for booking through a third party, Expedia, on check in. We did mention it to management and hopefully the problem has been addressed because it really is a charming old house in a very quaint and beautiful neighborhood, and the rest of the staff are fantastic.

We'd definitely want to come here again. We were 2 couples and had the pleasure of staying in rooms 19 & 20. I thought that the room rate was a bit much but we were committed to visiting Beaufort. We were thrilled that our room rate included the entire 2 bedroom cottage which included kithcen, living room, dining room and screened in porch. We absolutely loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the women running Rhett House. Our problems were with the water, hot cold hot cold ,etc. shower. No hot water in sink. The volume on the tv was like a roller coaster ride. These things should be addressed .

I liked the area. The house was cool . Most staff was pleasant. I didn't like not having fridge in room. Guess I'm used to being in hotel! TV was hard to navigate! Breakfast was great and so was the breakfast staff.

Liked location —/ comfortable bed. Did not like everything feeling extremely damp— bedding, towels, our clothes. Damp rid bags not changed until notified; porch furniture dirty, ice build up in refrigerator so bad that door would not close; sticky note saying we owed $29 even tho we paid in full thru Expedia.
