第一晚沒有熱水沐浴，酒店完全沒有任何通知，員工態度一般。不過酒店位置相當好，而且房間大小都合適

Amazing service and location. Highly recommended.
Amazing location and service. We had a great time staying at Arden City hotel. It’s a short walk from major Istanbul historical sites. Rooms are clean and staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. They can arrange travel to and from local airports. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant with a great view serving food and drinks all day including a full buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Alt var helt fantastisk på hotellet , på nær et par unge servitricer som var tjenere ved morgenmaden .. Man så intet smil eller hverken et godmorgen ord eller på gensyn .. så det trækker selfølgelig ned .. i lobbyen var medarbejdere meget hjælpelige og super venlige så der intet at komme efter der .. Top service der , men tjener pigerne i køknet dem kunne vi godt have undværet at kigge på hver morgen

Best hotel in 9 visits over 20 years.
9th stay in the Sultanahment over 20 years: ARDEN was the best hotel I've stayed in. Perfect location,. Aslan and staff were attentive. Very clean. Great breakfast with view. Room was dark and quiet. Lobby is great to end the day with a tea and view of street life. Most perfect hotel I've stayed in. One complaint ... the bed was too hard.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arden City Hotel. Great hospitality starting from receptio desk to the porters were very polite and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient to get to all the attractions. Would recommend, and stay there again.

6 Tage aufenthalt gehabt in dem Hotel. Zuerst mal die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top eine 10/10! Das Hotel Personal ist wirklich Nett,Sympathisch und zuvorkommend besonders (Emre)in der Rezeption:) Das waren leider die einzigen positiven aspekte des Hotels. Das Hotel ist ein altes Gebäude was wohl Renoviert wurde ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im WC/Badezimmer hört mann ständig den Wasserfluss abwasser von den oberen Zimmern,was wirklich unangenehm ist. Hatte die ersten 2 Tage ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, das Zimmer war eine Reine Katastrophe Zimmer Nr.104! 1.War das Zimmer so Eng wie ein Enges Gefängnis Zimmer extrem Eng mann konnte sich wirklich kaum bewegen. Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers Platziert direkt gegenüber des Bettes es wurde richtig kalt wenn Sie im Betrieb war,und ohne konnte mann es nicht aushalten wegen der Wärme habe Mir auch eine Erkältung zugezogen. Auf mehreren nachfragen erst nach 2 Tagen ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wir hatten auch noch ein Zimmer mit (2 Einzelbetten) gebucht und trotzdem gab mann uns ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Auf anfrage wurde es auch erst am 2.Tag gewechselt. Das frühstück ist zwar einigermaßen ok aber,die Brotauswahl oder auch schöne frische Sesamringe gab es leider nicht fanden es ingesamt schwach. Fazit leider nicht Empfehlenswert! Ein in die Jahre gekommens altes Marodes Hotel.

Staff were very helpful, attentive and pleasant. The hotel was very clean and generally comfortable. Its location in the centre of Istanbul was very convenient for many of the attractions of the city, but inevitably a little noisy. The breakfasts were rather strange to us, but we were able to select enough to eat. The lack of conventional bed sheets made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable for one of us. Space in the bathroom was limited. The lift, although working, was very slow. The air conditioning was effective and easy to control. The prices charged for meals etc. were reasonable. We would stay there again, which is the best recommendation.

The hotel is very welcoming, we felt very safe and comfortable. It's spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. We slept well on comfy beds, had a great view and had all the amenities we needed. The restaurant had an amazing view and delicious food I highly recommend. The hotel organised airport transfers which was efficiently done and very helpful. Reception staff were knowledgeable and able to recommend and organise excellent trips. The area in which the hotel is located is good for transport, for sightseeing, for shopping and felt very safe. We would definitely stay again.

Great location which is very close and convenient to a few of the landmarks and tourist attractions. Easy access to public transports. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and acknowledged. Enjoy the best morning and evening view from the terrace restaurant of Istanbul. The decoration of room is very out dated, on 80’s and 90’s. The hairdryer is not powerful enough and the handle got very hot after a while, very poor wall insulation that you could hear the conversation from the room next door. The electric power cut off completely when the fob leaves the holder, even the fridge in the room so not able to store anything while no one attending. The mattress is too soft from preference. For cleanliness, clean and tidy when checked in. But a few minus during the stay, either bin not get empty or towels not got replaced.

3-4 min walk to away Sofia. Was able to pray salah as many times as I could in Aya sofia. Food options could have been better. Staff if friendly with the exception of one gentleman who was rude to my fellow traveler whose room key stopped working several times. Bottom line, It’s all about location location location

Location Location Location Breakfast area at the terrace was excellent with the best view of the city. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room was reasonable with its facilities. Walking distance to many places. This hotel is highly recommend.
