Was ok I don’t agree with additional charge for external company ( Not Hotels.com or Hilton gardens ) about a parking too expensive compare with other hotels when charge $60 dollars 2 nights , some hotels does not additional charge or $50 per 2 nights at the most Front desk and breakfast employees not friendly at all

Escolhi o Hilton pois a marca era um referência para mim. Não consegui tomar banho quente na minha estadia pois somente água fria no chuveiro. Um absurdo. Hotel velho sem manutenção. Triste tomar banho frio no inverno pagando eh um Absurdo. Fora o estacionamento que está sendo cobrado e ninguém te orienta, tem placas mas em Nenhum momento no Check in foi comentado.

A rede Hilton já foi melhor. O café da manhã está incluso no preço , porém a funcionária controlava e não deixava vc a vontade na hora de servir. Pedi café com leite e me foi dito que não tinha. No segundo dia descobri que tinha sim e que ela falava o português mas não me facilitou em nada. Retornando ao quarto vi que não fizeram a limpeza e tampouco organizaram a cama e me foi dito na portaria que somente o faziam três vezes por semana pq diminuíram o número de funcionários.

No hot water
It started in the morning when I attempted to take a shower. I checked in later in the evening, so I decided to sleep in. When I got in the shower, there was no hot water, not even warm water. I stay out of town often and I figured the hotel was busy. Maybe there was a high demand for hot water? So I waited about thirty minutes. Still no hot water. I notified the front desk and she told me someone would come up to check the burners on the 7th floor to make sure they were on, and to wait 15 minutes before trying again. After 15 minutes, there was no hot water. After 30 minutes still no hot water. In total I waited 1.5 hours for hot water, checking every 15 minutes. It never got hot. After several calls with the front desk, and a freezing cold shower to start my day, I was told the heaters did not work and plumbers were en route to repair the system. I completed my checkout. At the front desk and was told the hotel manager would call me about the problem. It's a week later, and still no call. This may sound crazy, but I wish the front desk would have just told me there was no hot water, and they were waiting on a repair crew. I would not have wasted1.5 hours of my morning, and checked out sooner. I realize sometimes problems go wrong in a hotel, but they have always been honest and fixed the problem or offered a solution. Not this time.

Stayed here for a total of 2 nights. Our room was very large and comfortable. I would say that they just need to work on some maintenance in the building which would include a better shower, since the water did not warm up and the shower head was very loose. There were also some lights in the room that were burnt out.

Logo que chegamos notamos o vaso entupido, pedimos pra trocar de quarto e nao tricaram, ficamos por quase 3 dias sem conseguir dar descarga... depois conseguiram consertar... e tb limparam o quarto apenas um dia depois de consertarem o vaso... uma situacao bem ruim...maus depois foi bem ok.

Horrible. Didn’t get the room type I booked. I should have pulled the bedding as I woke up And found blood on the bedding. There was no water pressure and the shower handle was busted. I booked the hotel because it has a hot tub or they did. It was broken and has been for sometime. When I left early I was told that the property was due for renovation.

Was very surprised that we had to pay $25 per night for parking. Very disappointed. Romm was fine but water pressure was poor and there was no clock. Towels were nice, bed comfortable. No fan in the bathroom.

Nice hotel. Needs to figure out plumbing issue
Nice property with easy access to Disney and Disney springs. It’s your standard run of the mill Hilton. We stayed 2 nights and had issues with our shower and water for both nights. We got in late the first night and had lukewarm water in the shower with very low pressure. No big deal it’s one night so we mentioned it to the man at the front desk on our way to the park the next morning. He mentioned that there seems to be a larger problem because a few other guests have said the same. We get back in the room after a full day and the front desk person that was there had no knowledge of anything wrong but offered to call maintenance to check. We get up to room and the water is warmer, not as hot as it should be when on full hot but enough to not take a cold shower. Water pressure still barely above a trickle. Let front desk know that there is still an issue. We checked out the next morning without a resolution. The safe in the room also did not work.
