Reception staff are very well trained, but other supporting staff like IT & Maintenance are not so well prepared. Also housekeeping was sloppy.

Evrywhere that i turned i was greeted by more customer service and even greater smiles and accommodations. I truly enjoyed my time there.

If well managed, the place can be great. The latter part of the pay-off line - 'Traditional Values . International Standard' lacks in many ways. Business Double room sold as breakfast included only to be told otherwise at the restaurant - felt cheated. Could afford the breakfast but boycotted in protest. Reckless noise through late night Saturday. Check-in was inefficient with card key not working, billboy a bit rude and room changed arbitrarily. Communication was selfish with no client orientation - reception called around 09:30h for checkout when normal time is 12 noon - annoying.

Staff friendliness, airport shuttle punctuality, inclusive breakfast choices, housekeeping and spa services, as well as jovial doormen greetings. I will stay there again. Pietro T.
