Imperfect Stay
We came in to the front desk and I advised the lady behind the counter that I had done my early check in before I arrived with a smile on my face and she looked at me like I was crazy and replied to me in a rude manner stating that I still had to show her my ID as if she had asked before I started talking. I immediately did not feel welcome. I get into my room, and I lift my bed sheet and a piece of food came out that looked like a chip of some sort (Did not pick it up to examine) flew out and landed on the ground. Turned on the tv and I found out that the volume goes up slowly so I held the volume key and when I let go it kept going up until I turned off the tv. I turn it back on to the same issue, but when I finally got it all at a perfect level, it shut itself off. This morning I went into the bathroom and stepped on a piece of glass on the floor. Luckily it did not pierce my skin. We went into the elevator to check out and we could smell a smokey smell as if the elevator was burning something above us and felt very uncomfortable. Front desk was advised.

Wait until renovations are done
So when we booked this hotel, it says nothing about major renovations being done. We find out when we get there. Not cool. I would never have booked if I had known. Staff nice. Our room was fine. But noise and dust are everywhere.

WaterWalk construction.
A fire in a kitchen triggered the sprinklers and my stay was like being in the middle of a construction zone as the Catastrophe Team recovered. While I am sympathetic for the need to cope with the unexpected, the chain did take my money so I have a right to a proper experience. The unit includes a full kitchen + dishwasher+washer/dryer which was nice. It's a bit small for 2 people. Sound insulation is poor both between floors and between the room and the adjacent highway. The AC/Heat made you sleep in the middle of a gale.

I don’t even know where to begin. I had high hopes for this hotel based on the positive reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, so we had to wait outside until someone finally checked us in. Felicia was attentive, which we appreciated. However, our first room had a strong smoke odor, though they did accommodate us with a different one. The second room was in good condition. Unfortunately, things only got worse. At midnight, the smoke alarm went off, and we had to wait about an hour before we could return to our room. The most unsettling part of our stay, though, happened at around 4 a.m. when someone attempted to enter our room. Just seconds after knocking, they used a key to try to open the door. My husband and I were terrified. We have no idea who it was or how they had access, but this is absolutely unacceptable. We had an early morning ahead, but after all of this, we barely got any sleep. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.

Shady Stuff Here, Go Elsewhere
Shady place from the time of arrival. Appears to be an extended stay with a lot of random people in and around the parking lot and lobby. The ones in the lobby were sort of lounging around and I got the feeling they were just hanging out with the front desk woman. Booked room on hotels.com but card was of course swiped for incidentals. After check out noticed a charge for 126.42$. Nothing was charged to the room and this was charged as a point of sale on my account (just like a merchant such as Walmart would show), not a pending hold release. Called for clarification and the person told me to email the manager because she already left for the day. I emailed the person he provided the email address and waited 3 days, no reply. Called hotel again and spoke with manager( that didnt reply) who stated it must have been an error and that she would do a refund and it would take 7-10 business days. I then asked her if she could send me that in an email and she said Im getting ready to leave for the day and I will send it in morning (it literally would taken 2 minutes). Over 20 days later, no email, no refund. Im convinced this was an intentional scam due to the lack of refusual to communicate in writing and there never should have been a charge from Wyndham since I booked on hotels.com. Will just dispute it with my bank but beware of this scheme!!!!

Great Hotel! Terrible Customer Service!
To begin with, the hotel was fairly satisfactory! The rooms were quite pleasant, which contributed to my choice. Additionally, we had arranged for a chef friend to cook in our room. We opted for the two-bedroom suite because it featured a fully equipped kitchen, a large stove, and a dining area suitable for four people. Moreover, we had tickets for the Jaguars versus Jets game. Upon our arrival we checked in, received our keys, and headed to our room. To our astonishment, when we opened the door, we found someone already occupying the room! While it was quite embarrassing, it also posed a potential risk. As a former police officer, I was carrying a weapon that night. Fortunately, the situation went unnoticed. We returned to the front desk to address the issue, and the young clerk appeared quite flustered by the mistake. She then assigned us another two-bedroom suite. However, upon entering that room, we discovered that the beds were unmade and the room seemed to be undergoing repairs. We went back to the clerk, who then contacted her manager, by phone. Eventually, we were given accommodations, but unfortunately, they were two one-bedroom suites. The Manager tried to tell us that the one bedroom was not any different from the two, check out the pics! The stay was great and customer service was not! I had more 1500 word limit.
