wifi虽然要收费，但在酒店（很大哦）各处都能用，速度也不慢。
圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。

Rengøringen er mangelfuld
Vi havde en familie lejlighed med 2 badeværelser. Desværre skimmelsvamp på badeværelserne som udløste hoste hos flere familiemedlemmer. Vi havde 7 dages ophold og fik at vide at rengøring ville komme hver 3 dag, men de kom på 3 og 5 dag så vi blev overraskede. Ellers fantastisk udsigt til havet og rummelig lejlighed

Fabulous Santa Barbara
Have stayed at Santa Barbara many times. The staff are excellent, the location is excellent, pool excellent, sunbed booking arrangement stops unnecessary “bed wars”, the accommodation can vary only depending on the room location, not always the view you would love. This occasion we had a fab room, always loads of space very clean.

Yo many children in the main pool.
This is our 5th stay at the Santa Barbara and the first time we've been uncomfortable around the pool! We planned a relaxing week sunning ourselves around the pool as usual, however, the amount of children/toddlers running around the main pool was unbearable. Screaming children, balls thrown around the pool aswell as ball games in the pool was nothing wed experienced here on our previous stays. Children should be in the childrens pool not the main pool where people are trying to relax.

You have to reserve a space by the pool in advance. They charge 2.00 a day for towels which is annoying. The pool bar was a mess. And not run by the hotel so you couldn’t charge to your room. And checkout time is 10:00 am.

Lovely stay
Our room was extremely clean. We had all the facilities we needed for self catering. The free courtesy shower room was great. Only downside is the bar area. We waited at least 5 minutes to be served then another 10 to actually get our drinks.

Bara positiva överraskningar
Mycket positivt överraskad! Trots relativt lågt pris visade sig lägenheten va väldigt fin och i bra skick! Lugnt och skönt överlag, och tyst på nätterna. Bra organiserat vid pol och solsängar, och med fantastisk personal. Alltid redo att hjälpa till, och alltid med ett leende på läpparna! Rekommenderas verkligen om man vill ha en lugn semester utan att tulla på bekvämlighet och standard!

Slightly like a Spanish version of butlins
It’s a big outdated property. Live music until 23:00 was a bit annoying. If you wanted to do anything you needed to book ahead (even a sun bed) it was conveyer belt tourism. Inside the room the bathroom was a tad grotty, kitchen ok, tv antiquated so couldn’t accept fire stick double bed was tiny and pillows like wafers. Plus side it was close to restaurants so you don’t need a car if sun swim eat is what you want. We stayed 2 nights it was more than enough.

Noisy equiment
We stayed in room 326 which was large and spacious with 2 bathrooms which was amazing. Unfortunately just outside our apartment was something that seemed worthier to be a laundry or air-con plant that made a constant noise. Also in December there was only about 20 minutes sun first thing in the morning on the balcony. Did have a slight sea view but the noise prevented us spending time on the balcony.

Stayed many times over the past 10 years but this trip will be our last. Stuck out in the back of beyond next to a construction site to the side of the building. Complained to front desk due to the noise level from 8am to 6pm every weekday and requested to be moved but all concerns and comments were disregarded and they basically couldn’t care less. Absolutely terrible stay never to be repeated!

This property has the Santorini vibe going for it and the property itself seemed to be well maintained. The staff were amazing. Another great thing about the property was the fact that it has many restaurants on the water with many dining options and great drink prices. Also, they had a supermarket in the hotel for people who want to either save money or get an early start on their day. Now for the negative part of this. My room had roaches it it. I made a complaint to the front desk, and I believe they sprayed but the roaches were still around. It seemed that the resort was fully booked, so I dealt with the insect issue. Parking for this hotel is mostly on the street and not too convenient for this property. My reason for choosing this property is I wanted a place that was not geared towards the drunken party scene with an upscale feel. The Golf Del Sur area delivered just that. They need to address the insect issues. That is not the high standard for American hotels or travelers!
