I stayed here one night with my family of four, and for the price (almost $500 per night), the experience was very disappointing.
Even though I had registered for four guests, the room only had a queen bed and a sofa, and I had to make up the sofa bed myself so my kids could sleep. For this price point, I expected everything to be ready upon arrival.
At 5 AM, the fire alarm went off because of burnt bacon in the kitchen, and all guests had to evacuate and wait outside until the fire department arrived. This was extremely disruptive and not well-managed by the staff.
The next morning, the breakfast area was overcrowded, and we had to wait for other people to finish before we could sit down.
Overall, for nearly $500 per night, the stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. I cannot recommend this hotel
