The TV didnt work. Had to request service 3 times. The showerhead casing was cracked, spraying water through the small bathroom whenever used. Finally, the room was so small, if the mattress shifted at all the door to the room wouldnt open fully.

Sticky floor, gap in door and door frame allowing light and sound. I shoved a towel between in the gap. The door did not feel secure, leaving little sense of security. The drag racing loud cars and bikes make it impossible for a solid nights rest. I will not recommend.

This was terrible. I purposely booked a Howard Johnson by Wyndham resort instead of a Travelodge because I wanted better accommodations. When I got there, I found out thatThe two hotels are the same. There is no difference between the rooms. Upon trying to close my door to the room, I could stick my pinky finger in between the entire gap between the door and the jam where the deadbolt was supposed to go all the way from floor to ceiling. There was also a large gap at the top of the door and the bottom. There was nothing that was sealed there. The room was dirty, worn out, and it was impossible to tell if the tub was dirty or just used beyond it’s natural life.

Our stay was terrible, I didn't realize that this was hooked to a Travel Lodge and managed by the same people. There was a total of 5 of us we had 3 rooms. This was just pictures of our room. One of the other rooms had duck tape aorund the window. In our room the only thing that looked new was the mirror and sink, but the mirror was jsut barely hanging on the wall. I always thought that Howard Johnson by Wyndam was a great place to stay, I would not refer this place to anyone. If I was your company I would take the Howard Johnson name off of this property

One night stay for a show down the street at $170/night. The location was good but the room cleanliness left something to be desired. The chair was badly stained, a leg on one of the beds was broken, and it looked like the floor hadn’t been swept in ages. The beds and toilet looked fairly clean though and the office staff was friendly. Probably would not stay there again.

Room looked like it had not been clean at all. I did notice that not all the windows had locks please address this. Shower did not work at all was only there for a few nights and couldn’t get that much help from the office staff. I would recommend hiring a security to address the homeless that are just hanging out in the smoking section and the premises I go out to vape on the little bric area and there just some homeless guy chilling there and there should at least have the office staff tell em to leave I pay for comfort not to have a crack had chllin lookin like he gooding to stick up the place

Spend the extra money and stay in the Silver Legacy or El Dorado, and don't leave the hotel grounds. Better yet, stay at the Grand Sierra Resort or Peppermill. Downtown Reno ain't what it used to be, nothing to see or do while feeling safe.

We had baby cockroaches in the room. There were people yelling and cussing at eachother during the night. Thinking it is where prostitutes stay. Not a good place for families. The door key barely worked really need repaired all around.

Not a Howard Johnson but a Travelodge that seems to offer long term extended stay as there were people who lived there. Shady clientele, a drug dealer, prostitution and filthy rooms with roaches. Didn’t stay we were not safe and had to pack up our newborn and small children with nowhere to go. Worst hotel I’ve seen.
