Plenty of possibilities to develop and improve
I will focus only on areas of possible improvement which are:
- lack of blackout drapes or their correct installation
- lack of space for arrangement in the bathroom
- cleaning up the main entrance which is very disturbing covered by anti-tourism posters and signs
VERY IMPORTANT is to know that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so no vehicle can get in to the street. You need to take care of your luggage to the entrance and much worse through steep, narrow and twisted stairs. Impossible for elderly guests and people who will not fit the tight staircase. There is no lift.
The bed is short. Men over 180cm will have their feet outside.
Last but not least: do not take room 1 (with terrace) as it is terribly noisy and low so all noise from the street as well as the cleaning room just next to it, is in your ears.
Contact with the venue is extremely difficult. The reception is always empty. Late checkout is not permitted.
