Check other Rafa locations before this one
I'm a regular at Rafa group. My first stay was in this hotel in 2021 and my last two visit to Riyad prior to this my business dictated to be at Altaawon location, so I was excited to return to back to this location again.
Pros:
Great location.
Accessible to several highways.
Within walking distance from:
Grocery shop
Hospital
Pharmacy,
Laundry services
A Number of cafes.
Cons:
Not properly priced
Loud Guests
The rooms definitely need an upgrade.
Cleanliness has gone down. staff need to give more attention to what's left out of the guest's rooms. my next-door Neighbour left food out the door and for 2 days no one has picked it up. I had to ask someone to actually do his work and clean up the aisle.
Would I return to Rafa? Yes, but not to this location
