Smukt hotel når alt virker

Skønt og smukt hotel med fantastisk udsigt og en passende størrelse, så det føles meget eksklusivt. Eneste minus er kommunikationen, når ting ikke fungerer, f.eks. TV som hverken kan caste eller vise andet end tyrkiske kanaler. Det tog 4 dage at konstatere uden lyst til at fikse det med et HDMI stik, som jeg endte med selv at finde.

Wonderful experience, great view

Wonderful from start to finish. The view is incredible, from the room, from the pool or from the restaurant (great choice at breakfast by the way). The staff is helpful and kind. The overall experience was excellent.

Flot hotel, men med manglede services

Et rigtigt flot hotel med en lækker pool og god udsigt. Dog beskriver hotellet mange servicer på deres hjemmeside som de ikke tilbyder, bl.a. gratis adgang til strand klub og en legeplads, som de aldrig har haft. De beskriver sig som et børnevenligt hotel. Børn er velkommen men det er ikke børnevenligt, der er intet plads til børn kan lege, og alle steder står der ingen leg. Det spiller ind når man rejser med børn, og bl.a. har valgt hotellet pga det de tiltyder jævnfør deres hjemmeside, men ikke har. Derudover var personalet ikke særligt serviceminde, bortset fra dem der arbejde i restauranten

Really good.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well proportioned rooms. The restaurant is great, but the menu a little limited, and given the hotel is quite remote, they could do with more options. The views from the hotel and restaurant at sunset are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay, as the staff made it even more seamless for us. Always ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. They had a perfect mix of friendly and professional, especially the manager at the front desk. They didn’t clean our room throughout our stay, though, but overall a pleasant stay nonetheless.

OK but not set up for families

We booked this as a cheap, last minite mini-break. The hotel is modern with great views but a little out of the way - a drive to anywhere except the village shop (which is good!) The hotel collected and dropped off at the airport as advertised but the advertised shuttle service to Porto Montenegro was not running during our stay. This may be because it was off-season but the hotel's website doesn't say this. Taxis were easy to get - approx €15 to Tivat and €25 to Kotor on a fixed fayre but cheaper on a meter. Our suite was spacious and clean and staff were friendly. As a family of 4 we booked a junior suite with a double and a single room with a sofa in the living area for the 2nd child. We were surprised that the sofa, sold as a bed, was not a sofa bed and no bedding was provided until we asked. The sofa was just big enough for our 11 yr old to sleep on but wouldn't be suitable for a teenager. The hotel did offer us a family suite, with 2 double bedrooms, but our kids didn't want to share a bed. There was no room information provided and one thing to watch for is each suite has it's own hot water boiler, so you need to make sure it's switched on in plenty of time before you want a shower. You also need to space showers out as we ran out of hot water when we all wanted a shower before breakfast. Overall for the price we paid we were satisfied with our stay but probably wouldn't return.

Perfect spot for exploring Montenegro

Such a gorgeous hotel with really lovely staff. We had a room with a kitchenette overlooking the pool which id really recommend. The hotel is halfway between Kotor and Tivat, both of which are so different depending on what you like

18 nights - very bad experience

18 nights during august/september Dont believe the Pictures and the describtion of the rooms. They gave us the wrong room and it was not cleaned at arrival. The rooms are small and have no room for clothes, and the suitcases cannot fit in the room. No hangers for the clothes. Noise from the restaurant at night. They would not give us another room or let us check out earlier. We ended up checking out 8 days before arrival with no compensation. We have sent them 6 e-mail aften out stay, and they dont answer. Be aware of this hotel, they dont care if you come back or not.

Hotel nuevo con estilo pero con problemas

El hotel tiene poco tiempo y se ve nuevo y con estilo. Por desgracia la habitacion tiene un baño minimo y se oia el ruido continuo de sillas en el restaurante superior. El desayuno bien pero se habia acabado bastante comida y no quedaba sitio para sentarse al llegar y tocó esperar. La piscina estuvo los dos días sin poder usarse por mantenimiento y la impresora igual

Tem potencial para ser melhor e longe dos centros

O Hotel não fica nem em Kotor e nem em Tivat. Fica em Kavac- em um morro alto, a quinze minutos da Marina de Kotor e/ou Tivat. A locomoção de ir para as praias, subir tomar banho e descer novamente é um pouco chatinha, pq o caminho é sinuoso! Dependendo do beach club Que vc quer ir , demora mais de 30 minutos! Pontos positivos: hotel super grande, com uma boa infraestrutura, café da manhã mravilhoso(cheio de opções - buffet), têm estacionamento, os recepcionistas são cordiais. O quarto ele é novo, porém bem pequeno assim como banheiro. O quarto é também permite que você cozinhe, faça suas refeições dentro do quarto. Ou seja, tem infra para ser um apartamento tbm - o que da minha parte não é necessário. A vista era linda! Quarto possui sacada. Pontos negativos: - não tem um telefone para você ligar na recepção ou restaurante, não tem aquelas placas de colocar na por de não perturbe/limpe meu quarto; o meu quarto tinha um pouco cheiro de esgoto. A limpeza das camareiras foi apenas de trocas toalha, passar um pano no chão e arrumar cama. Wi-Fi do hotel é muito ruim! E por ser um local com opção de cozinhar no quarto, as coisas de cozinha, o ambiente da cozinha estava bem sujo, parecia que faziam dias que não limpavam aquele local. Apesar das qualidades, eu escolheria um hotel mais próximo ao centro de Kotor (old town)

Location/rudeness

Most of the employees were very rude. To get to this hotel was extremely stressful and scary that once you arrived at the hotel, you wouldn't want to leave anymore due to the roads, especially at night. The road was narrow and steep that hardly 2 cars even with both mirrors folded in could not fit on the road at the same time. Not to mention, all drivers are impatient and will honk and rush you as both cars cannot pass through at the same time. It's also far from everywhere. The room itself along with the view at the pool is fantastic but that's about it. I do not recommend this hotel due to rudeness from the staff and the location.

Zimmer und Bad waren eher klein und nicht so sauber. Schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer und schöne Poolanlage. Frühstück gute Auswahl und Abendessen im Cielo war sehr gut. Parkplätze kostenlos verfügbar.
