Quarto limpo, ar condicionado excelente. O problema é que estavam reconstruindo a piscina e a nossa vista era um “canteiro de obras”, onde o barulho ensurdecedor iniciava às 8:30 da manhã. Praia maravilhosa! Mas vc não conseguia colocar o guarda sol onde queria, pois tinha locais na praia que era de propriedade privada.

Bathroom was dirty and shower full of hair. Were told when we checked in the pool was 24 hours only to find out it was under construction. To add insult to injury we woke up to jack hammers that felt like they were in our balcony and we were on the 9th floor. No place to eat breakfast or even a vending machine. The beach access was nice but that was it. After bringing it up to staffs attention they were very nonchalant about it and we just proceeded to check out. The bail man was super nice both time but would not stay here again.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The hotel itself looks great from the outside, with a nice design and overall decent appearance. Unfortunately, the ongoing construction completely ruined the experience. Work started as early as 8:00 a.m., making it impossible to get proper rest or enjoy a relaxing morning. Aside from the noise issue, the stay was just “okay.” Nothing really stood out as exceptional, and for the price point, I expected more. Without the construction disturbance, this could have been a pleasant stay, but as it was, the constant disruption overshadowed everything else. Would only consider returning once the construction is finished.

The stay was good, the pool was out of order for renovations so that was a let down. They are getting their parking garage renovated as well & are offering complimentary valet but the valet attendant was rude about us going to get our own car but when we returned leaving it for them to park. But mind you we didn’t ask for valet we couldn’t park our own car because their parking garage situation. It’s his job to park the car so I don’t understand why he would be upset.

Amazing place

We had the most amazing night at this fabulous hotel! Our stay was absolutely perfect—every staff member was incredibly friendly and accommodating. After checking out, we were thrilled that they let us keep our car on the property while we soaked up the sun at the beach! We can't wait to return and soak in that breathtaking view and enjoy the beach all over again!

Still had the Gulf!

We knew before booking that the pool was closed for renovation. We did not know that so was everything else. The price reflected the lack of amenities so I can't really complain. The room was wonderful and it was kind of nice having only about 75 people staying at the hotel.

NOISY

Besides the pool being unavailable, which was stated on Hotels.com, it did not mention construction workers onsite making noise and banging. Very bad experience—I couldn’t sleep in the morning, which was why we came to relax and disconnect. Misleading on Hotels.com.
