Allt var bra och fräsch, personalen var trevliga! Men tyvärr har blivit skadat i min fot i badrummet pga den där dörrstopp bakom dörren i toaletten som var väldigt vass och osynlig på golvet, jag bad personalen att ta reda på detta för det är farligt!

Not a positive experience
There are several areas where employee professionalism and service could be improved at the hotel. The check-in process for hotel rooms took over 30 minutes, which could be streamlined for a smoother experience. Additionally, room service needs to be more attentive to the "do not disturb" signs on guests' doors to avoid unnecessary interruptions. It's also important for employees to maintain a professional demeanor and avoid openly discussing work conditions while guests are present. Lastly, during the check-in process, guests should be provided with clear information about breakfast timings, pool timings, and gym facilities.
