One of the worst stats of my life.
My stay at this motel was unacceptable due to numerous safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues. My key card didn’t work for three days because the lock battery was dead. Management was polite but unable to resolve it, leaving me to rely on staff to unlock my room each time. I had to leave the door unlocked whenever I went out, which felt incredibly unsafe, especially since the deadbolt didn’t work, there was no safety latch, and a large gap under the door let in cold air and noise all night.
The room reeked of smoke, and the smoke detector had been taped over, a serious safety hazard. The bed had no sheets, only a thin blanket, and the towels provided were limited to two stained hand towels, with no full-sized towels available. There was no garbage can in the room, and housekeeping was unavailable despite requests on the two designated days.
The bathroom was in disrepair, with a leaking toilet, an exposed power socket, and poor lighting—flies were trapped in fixtures, and one lamp strobed constantly. The ceiling light was stained with mold or water damage, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was minimal, offering only bread and spreads, with no juice or variety.
While some staff were friendly, the overall neglect of safety, cleanliness, and basic amenities made this an untrustworthy and uncomfortable experience. Significant improvements are needed before this property can meet even the most basic expectations.
