The hotel has some problem with plumbing. One night I was in the washroom and found water was dripping from the ceiling right above the bathroom toilet. Then I moved to another room and found dripping from the ceiling was even worse. But good thing it was just above the counter-top of the vanity.

Close to Haram but poor service & cleanliness
The staff were not really very helpful and did not seem to care much. When we asked for mugs to drink tea, they gave us one mug for two persons! They told us it was the last one they had! ... There were roaches in the room when we arrived.

I had a confirmed reservation booked days ahead, however no room was available when I got there. Terrible management of the hotel and customers. We had to jump from hotel to hotel looking for alternatives.

Otel mescidi harama en yakın oteller biri daha yakın otel istiyorsanız 3-4 kat fiyat vermeniz lazım jabalı Ömer veya Hilton gibi otellere. Zaten arada 50 metre yok o kadar yakın. Konum harici genel olarak parasına göre bir otel (vasat). Temizlik yok denecek kadar az ancak siz talep eder hatta 3-4 kere talep ederseniz gelirler bakarlar 10 dakika içinde temizleyip çıkarlar. Yatakları çok rahattı benim için önemliydi bu. Güvenilir insanlar kalıyordu lobideki insanlar da güvenilirdi. Şimdi her mescide harama yakın otelde mescid-i haramı yakın sayılmaz çünkü Gazze kapısındaki bir otel mescid-i harama 500 metre olsa bile tavaf yeri için en az 1 kilometre yürümeniz lazım. Servisli oteller bile Gazze kapısından bıraktığında insanlar en az 1 kilometre yürüyorlar bu açıdan bakıldığında bu otel mantıklı fakat bu otele gidecekseniz kendi yemeğinizi kendiniz götürün buzdolabı var çünkü çevredeki yemek yeme yerleri Türk ağız tadına çok uygun değil CarrefourSA da kahvaltılık malzemeler var açık büfe kahvaltı da veriyorlar ücreti de cuzzi. Zemzem tower da da yemek yenecek Türk restoranları var ama sonuçta pahalıya gelir size tam pansiyon bir otel seçmeniz mantıklı olur o zaman en iyisi bu otelde tutup akşam yemeği sabah kahvaltısını kendin olurdu halletmen Ben şahsen elektrikli ısıtıcı götürdüm tava götürdüm pişmiş yemek götürdüm 9-10 gün hiç sorun çekmedim

The staff didn't seem aware that they accept Expedia booking. They had to call a manager to ask him whether I should be given a room or not. The room was missing essentials like towels when I called the front desk they didn't answer. Then I went in person to tell them to send towels. I still got ignored until the time of checkout

Staff at reception wasn’t great and very slow. Took 35 mins to check in and get my room key. After which I found no towels in the room. Asked at reception and was told towels would be sent up but none came.
