Pool ist nicht verfügbar! Ansonsten okay

Leider hat dieses Hotel nicht das, was es verspricht. Es wird mit einem Pool. Dieser Pool ist geschlossen. So wie ich erfahren habe, sei er schon länger geschlossen, weil er die Anforderungen der Wasserqualität nicht einhalten würde. Ich habe mich auch daraufhin beschwert. Leider kam nur ein sorry. Es ist schade, da in diesem Ort nur wenige Hotels mit Pool sind. Für mich war es eine Voraussetzung dieses Hotel überhaupt zu buchen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch musste man die Dame mehrfach darauf hinweisen, um verschiedene Dinge nach zu füllen. Widerwillig füllte sie den Orangensaft auf. Ich finde es halt nicht okay, wenn mit einem Pool geworben wird, aber dieser nicht zur Verfügung steht.

Hôtel à oublier, passez votre chemin !

Accueil exécrable, on avait l’impression de déranger à notre arrivée l’hôtesse a eu du mal à décrocher de son téléphone. La chambre n’est pas faite si demandé après 8 heures le matin. Que dire du petit déjeuner où il faut arriver avant 8h15 car il n’y a plus rien sinon sans compter la poubelle qui déborde dans la salle et qui n’est pas vidée ! Côté écologie, vous videz le Lake powel à chaque douche tellement le débit est trop élevé. Et pour corser le tout ne comptez pas profiter de la piscine car elle était inaccessible ! Enfin bref vous l’aurez compris passez votre chemin…

Had a chance to make it right, but didn’t.

Booked wrong night by mistake, tried to change it immediately, they could only cancel without a refund, but hotels.com would ask the hotel to waive the fee. I then booked the next (correct) night. The hotel did not waive the fee, so they got 2 nights pay for 1 night. I will never stay there again.

Were given the wrong room, which was smaller then the one we paid for, so there weren't enough beds for our family and some of us had to sleep on the floor. Was not offered an apology or refund. Trying to get a refund was a huge hassle through the booking company. The only bed we did have was as hard as a brick. The pool was not heated and was too cold to enjoy. The light outside flickered on and off all night. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. Won't be staying again.

Motel de passage sans plus

Chambre correcte, propre et suffisamment spacieuse. La salle de bain est un peu vieillissante et la douche bruyante. La piscine était moyennement propre et non chauffée, les serviettes ne sont pas mises à disposition proche de la piscine. Quant au petit déjeuner, on nous annonce une fermeture du service à 9h00 mais à 8h45, les portes sont déjà fermées et la machine à pancakes déjà vidée et rangée pour laisser la place au personnel de l’hôtel qui arrivait et se servait tranquillement pour leur petit déjeuner. Un peu moyen du moment où la clientèle est toujours présente dans l’espace de restauration. Et moyen pour ceux qui arrivent après 8h45 qui n’auront pas le droit de prendre un simple café. Le personnel est en plus de cela limite aimable. Si vous recherchez un point de stop entre Monument Valley et Arches National Park, choisissez la ville de Bluff plutôt que Blanding qui n’offre plus aucun service de restauration le soir passé 20h.
