We are very surprised this hotel was a five stars, considering the poor service and outdated design.
- no answer at the gate, stuck in front of the door until a car left the hotel
- parking very far from the reception and nobody to help with luggage
- nobody at the reception in order to do the check-in; no answer when calling the number from the website; we had to walk around the hotel to find someone next to the kitchen
- very cold staff; when asked for recommendations we were simply given a 200-page book to find beaches and hikes in the area by ourselves
- unlike other hotels dealing with Covid-19, who replace buffet style breakfasts by asking you in advance what you would like to eat, they simply give you a plate of everything, which is a terrible waste of food. We were not told that we could order special items so someone came to tell us because he was surprised we ate nothing. Staff long to bring drinks or bread, making the overall breakfast experience not very pleasant

Overall, despite a very beautiful park, the experience was terribly disappointing. For the price paid, the facilities are getting old (interior design, pool etc.) and the service is definitely not five stars. Would not recommend.
