Localização, conforto e limpeza
Próximo ao duomo (5 min a pé), carrefour a 150m, rua tranquila. Sobre o quarto? Perfeito. Cama confortável, banheiro grande, quarto espaçoso, LIMPO, seguro. Eu voltaria mil vezes para lá. Vale cara centavo.

Room Eleven is located in old town, easy to get there but instructions to get into the building / room is a little bit tricky. There is no reception and also no room service so it could be problematic if you stay more than 2-3 days. The hair dryer was not working, l messaged them through hotels.com and the maintenance guy supplied me another hair dryer in couple of hours.

Principal vantagem é a localização, quarto é simples, porém estava organizado e limpo. Alguns detalhes que podem ser melhorados já foram sugeridos ao dono. O quarto faz parte de um conjunto de quartos, o processo de check in é um pouco complicado para quem não possui acesso ao telefone quando chega ao apartamento. Um bom local para quem pretendo apenas um local para dormir.

The property was well maintained, clean and we felt very safe. We had air conditioning and it was quiet and the bed comfortable. The location is within 5 minute walk of Santa Maria Cathedral, and 15 minutes to Ponte Vecchio or 15 minutes to Uffizi Gallery, or 20 minutes to train station. Taxis were not easily obtained, so be prepared to walk most places. .

Clean and neat. But no hand soap; no blanket, no glasses, no shampoo. Soap in shower too high to use without stretching. Clothes hangers seemed too high too.

The room was definitely fine for a solo traveler. The building is a little difficult to get in and out of, especially since there wasn't a light on the stairwell and it was hard to find the keyhole on the door. Other than that is was great

The whole check-in process is horrible. The online self check-in website didn't work, they have very very limited working hours so there's no one even there to help you! The room wasn't ready when I got there. I entered the room and it was dirty from the previous guest. I had to wait for them to clean it up. The location is good and very central.

Muy mala comunicación, los números de teléfono no funcionan, no contestaban los mensajes en la aplicación, el horario de recepción de 4 pm a 6 pm pero no hay nadie al llegar, las instrucciones de entrada no me las confirmaron, estuve intentando comunicarme por 1 hora, al final las instrucciones llegaron a mi correo basura

El teléfono en la página de hotels.com está mal. Fueron muy poco tolerantes, por cuestiones externas a nosotras (cuestión de los trenes) tuvimos que llegar un poco tarde al departamento, les avisamos a los anfitriones de esta situación con mucha anticipación y por eso nos cobraron 30 euros, además de que su tiempo para realizar el check in está muy reducido. Nunca había visto que solo dieran 3 horas para hacer check in.

Buena ubicación y precio razonable
Check in algo complicado pero el hotel se encuentra en una muy buena zona, cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas, el hotel estaba limpio y la cama cómoda, lo único es que el jabón que ofrecen para la regadera no se veía de tan buena calidad

The bed was a single bed but on the bigger size which was nice however I am not used to not having a duvet - they only provide one thin sheet… Wi-Fi and A/C were great. The room seemed clean at first but the moment I sat down on the bed, I have noticed some spillage next to the table, then I realised the sheets had stains as well as the bath sheet… The bathroom sink and toilet were clean but the shower had streaks of water on the walls and door… floor had several dark hair strands that were not mine as I am light blonde. It’s a shame cause other than that, it would have been an excellent place to stay but unfortunately it’s a big issue and I felt very uncomfortable staying here.
