It felt like a great combination of renting an apartment and living in a hotel. We had a nice kitchen with basic equipment, enough space for a family of tree and everything was very clean. The service was excellent! We arrived late and hungry and the receptionist recommended us a great restaurants nearby and would have booked us a table too. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Decent stay and perfect for one night for three of us. Nice clean hotel in a good neibhourhood and easy access to centre. Only issue was the noise on the road and from the other room possibly due to thin walls. If you are light sleeper then might find it hard

Great for Families, Away from the Noise

We had a great stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the busy downtown area, the quiet environment was very pleasant. Public transportation like buses and trains were within walking distance, so getting around wasn’t a problem. There’s also a supermarket nearby, and the in-room kitchen was especially convenient for us as we were traveling with kids. If I had to mention one downside, the WiFi signal was a bit weak at times. Other than that, everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay. We had the family suite which was basically a one bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen including a washer dryer and balcony. Breakfast was pretty good too.

uma experiência indesejável em Madri

Na minha contratação para esta habitação, havia a cozinha contratada, quando da chegada ao hotel, informaram que teria de pagar 33 euros por dia para ter este conforto, aleguei que já estava contratado, no dia seguinte nos mudaram para uma habitação com cozinha (quero os 33 euros de volta). Outra anormalidade foi o estacionamento, que como esta escrito, havia uma estacionamento disponível, mas 22 euros por dia, não fazia parte deste contrato. Gastei 88 euros para estacionar o carro em um estacionamento de fora do hotel, portanto, gostaria de receber amigavelmente, meus 121 euros de prejuízo com esta experiência de pouco respeito para com o cliente, além da falta de cordialidade dos atendentes e da pouca higiene das pessoas encarregadas de fazer a limpeza diária da habitação, que nem os copos lavavam. Além dos recursos pagos de maneira errônea, houve o transtorno da mudança de quarto, que em termos normais, umas duas horas perdemos em nossas férias.
