En couple avec un ado, avec petit déjeuner. Très bien ! Literie confortable y compris le lit supplémentaire pour ado. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié . Belle salle de petit déjeuner. Nous nous sommes garés dans la rue près de l’hôtel . Même si ça ne semble pas hyper sur, nous n’avons eu aucun problème.

Nice hotel with calm atmosphere
Stayed here for two nights. It was a quiet place - room was spacious and modern. Quite clean and without problems. Though toilet seat was kind of used and looked not clean but it was just some mark. Suggest to change that though. I enjoyed extra upgrade to this room and free parking as promised by Hotels.com with their VIP-hotel agreement. I had sparkling water instead of still - maybe it was supposed to be like this or set there by mistake?

Urine on loo seat and bathroom not cleaned.
The first booking went well. The return one was terrible. I checked into my room and the loo seat was up. Odd do thought. Also the loo roll didn't have the "point" that they have when been cleaned. Then I saw that there was urine all over the seat. Disgusting. The bathroom had nut bene cleaned at all. I went to reception and they changed my room. Lovely reception girl and the girl that looked after me with the rooms changes provided excellent customer service. Can't fault the staff at all. Excellent. The 2nd room was very hot and the staff member and myself could not get the A/C to work. So 3rd room later and whilst there was hair in the shower, the bathroom seemed to have even earned and the A/C was set to a lower temperature. Still too warm and big able to change it. They really need to sort that out. The next morning I woke early to grab some breakfast to bring up to room so that I'd isn't miss my breakfast but could go back to sleep. The older lady in the breakfast room was awful. I asked for a tray to take my food up and she rudely said to me " we dont do that here" and refused to give me a tray. I went to reception and spoke to the reception manager who delay with this very quickly and brought me a tray. All in all, a very unsatisfactory return stay. Such a shame as I was happy in the first stay.

Schmutzig & riecht nach Hund....
Schönes Hotel, perfekt gelegen am Flughafen, kostenlose Park Möglichkeit. Leider von Hundebesitzer stark frequentiert... Sowohl Lobby als auch Flure riechen nach Hund. Zimmer sollten besser gereinigt werden, es lagen Flusen und Haare auf dem fleckigen Teppich. Insgesamt werde ich mir wohl ein anderes Hotel in Köln suchen müssen!

Leonardo Royal good for late arrival
Arrived very late due to flight delay. Had to call hotel for airport transfe. The phone in the arrivals is for a different Leonardo hotel so there was some confusion. Reception was friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was lovely, beds ok.Fidnt stay for breakfast which was 22 each. Hotel is out on its own, we got an Uber into the city centre.

Lovely hotel - read for shuttle advice
Convenient stay near Koln-Bonn airport. Hotel offers a free shuttle which you must call once you are through immigration for pick up. Unfortunately the shuttle drove past us multiple times and didn’t see us frantically waving so we got a taxi which the hotel offered to reimburse us for. I would recommend walking to your left as you exit the terminal building and wait before the taxi rank so that you’re easier to spot. The shuttle will also take you from the hotel to the train station for free. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. We had a comfortable night and a nice stay. Would recommend.
