床單不乾淨有味道，退房觀察似乎沒有更換，浴室不在房間內與其他房客共用非常不方便，飯店對面有餐廳晚上很吵，樓上隔音很差，很可怕的住宿經驗幾乎擾亂了在佛羅倫斯的心情

Friendly staff and cozy room
The room is big and clean. The owner is nice and very helpful. The shared bathroom is clean all the time. The breakfast is simple but fresh, prepared by the owner himself. Ten minute's walk from the S.M.N. train station. I recommend this hotel to visitors to Florence.

Wonderful Stay in Firenze
The host Massimo is a very kind and helpful gentleman. I spent 4 nights there and I'm now starting to miss this wonderful place. Room is tidy and clean, wifi is good enough- fast and stable connection. And he provided us with breakfast, daily! About 5-10 mins walk from the SMN station, it's never a problem coz walking in Firenze is just so wonderful. Everything within walking distance. I left early morning on 27/5/14 for the train and I can't say thank you to Massimo in person. BTW, thanks very much Massimo, we can walk far and fast because of your nice breakfast! Pleasant and comfortable, Great value for money
We stayed 3 nights at Soggiorno Primavera and it was a small guest with few rooms. Looks bit old but nice and pleasant. We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was mid sized, little bit old yet clean and nice with all the necessary amenities. Towels and blankets were provided and in-room heater was there. Hot water worked perfectly. Daily house keeping and cleaning were done. The owner Massimo and his wife were super friendly and helped us providing information about tourist attractions, markets and public transport. Massimo gave us a tourist map of the Florence city and recommended some restaurants for dine as well. Also he offered us an early check-in and the check-in process was quick and hassle free. He welcomed us warmly and treated as family members. The location was really convenient and easy access to public transport. The tram stop was next to the motel and the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station was close by and less than 10 minutes by walk if you travel by train. There were some restaurants near by and the motel was also equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle and a refrigerator that can be used as wish. Tea and coffee packets were provided for self service. The overall stay was nice and pleasant. It was a great value for the money and can be recommended for several nights in Florence without any doubt.

Staying at Soggiorno Primavera in Firenze.
Nowhere in Italy you will find a friendlier and more helpful host than Signore Massimo, and there is no more convenient place that Soggiorno Primavera. This B&B is within walking distance of everything. However, the place is in need of some serious refurb.

Cute Hotel
We had a great time in Florance. The hotel is so close from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Massimo is helpful and kind man. The hotelroom and bathrooms were clean and the room was spacious. Love from Turkey!
