Center of it all
The hotel is one of the oldest historical buildings in Salzburg and it is in great shape. The room was large and it had a great view, with a nice bed. The chairs in the room needed to be replaced 10 years ago and the floor was scratched up, but in all it was very good. The Location is the best in Salzburg! The staff was nice and very helpful. The building was the house of a Barron, then a Sinaguage, and later a brewer for 500 years - it is historical to say the least.

Would stay again
This was a great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. I loved the old town location! Great for site-seeing and shopping. Only minus was breakfast was overpriced.

A gem in the heart of the Altstadt
A beautiful hotel in the heart of the Altstadt, so everywhere within the old town is just a short journey. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff were a delight - all very friendly and helpful. A gem, and somewhere we would definitely stay again.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, allerdings ohne Aussicht. Badewannendusche in der Dachschräge, die für Personen über 1,50m leider nicht nutzbar war. Personal hilfsbereit,auch wenn die Hotelsoftware ausgefallen war. Mobiliar war leider etwas abgewohnt. Frühstück für Fertigbrötchen und Fertigware Kuchen, Croissants , etc zu teuer. Dafür ist die Citylage allerdings unschlagbar.

Underwhelming
Superior room photos clearly show lounge chairs and a large room, but the photos were not representative of the room provided so we were disappointed. There is also a club nearby and we could hear music till 3 am. The shower handle was difficult to use. Overall it was an underwhelming stay though the location is ideal.

Great location in old Salzburg
Excellent stay at the Radisson Blu in Salzburg - perfect location to wander the streets of old Salzburg, and just a short walk over the bridge to the main centre of town. It was a bit far to walk from the train station though so we caught a taxi to and from there which was around 20euro. We had the 3 rooms up on the 5th floor which were all very different - a little bit strange since we booked 3 of the same room types but they were good none the less. The elevator didn’t go all the way to the 5th floor though so our suitcases had to be carried up a set of stairs. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend for anyone exploring Salzburg.

Great hotel and location
We stayed for two nights in Salzburg. I wanted to find a hotel in the Old City, and this was the perfect choice. The location was convenient with one exit leading into the old city and one out to the street just outside where we could catch an Uber when we needed to. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

A great choice in a beautiful city
A lovely old building (from the 1300’s!) but nicely updated amenities and a spacious bedroom. My room had no view but some do. Excellent breakfast! Hotel has a front and back entrance- back entrance/exit lead to shops and not far from Christmas markets. Very friendly staff!

A beautiful hotel located in the heart of old town in Salzburg. We were steps away from the Christmas market held in the town square. Hotel had a cosy atmosphere, with warm and welcoming staff. Everything we needed was walkable to visit all the main sites, shopping and dining. Our room was spacious although the multiple levels of stairs made it challenging to move our luggage around and therefore needed staff to assist. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.
