The only thing I have to complain about is the hot water; it was tepid at best. It was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again if the water could get hot.

Right on the beach, Key was ready, they went out of their way for us. We knew most of the hotels were damaged from hurricanes and staff is hard to get. There were repairs needed and staff was short in afternoons just as they told us. Excellent for the price

El lugar es hermoso y sus alrededores, es la segunda vez que voy con mi esposa y lo único que no nos gustó es el hecho de que llegamos viernes y no había luz hasta el otro día (EL CALOR FUE HORRIBLE AL DORMIR) sábado regreso la luz a las 11am y ya a las 1pm se había vuelto a ir! Esperamos que si llegáramos a volver, no tengamos que pasar el mal rato de estar sin luz! Fuera de lo demás, todo es muy bonito, súper limpio!!

We stayed here with family of four, one infant and a four year old. The area was beautiful. The home was not cleaned prior to arriving, counters and floors were dusty. Pull out bed was uncomfortable, could use and upgrades. Worst of all we lost power. A place this beautiful should have generators or solar power given the prices per night and how faulty the power can be in these areas.

Found at least 30 roaches, fingernails on floor. Clearly had not been cleaned. Apartment has kitchen, but no pots, plates or silverware. Coffee maker also had roaches inside it. Would not recommend. Location is excellent, beach is beauty. Would be 5 star with pest control and housekeeping.

Great deception
There was no cable tv no internet no warm water no coffee maker. It was just a small little room with nothing, not a bottle of water to take my pills. Was awful. I didn't stay the two nights. I left early next morning. The entrance was dark I was scare to dropped getting up stairs. I do not recommend this place. No details at all for the guests.

Do NOT stay here even if is the cheaper option.
Room is very outdated, the mattress is old. The room was very small, doesn’t have a microwave, or even a coffee maker. The bathroom is small and NO hot or warm water. Is so near the road that you only hear cars. Restaurants nearby are closed from Monday to Thursday. They don’t have a restaurant in the facility. Lots of mosquitoes. Had to cancel stay because it was work related and couldn’t rest.

The location is very good between Aguadilla and Rincon great spot.. The place is not clean and the maintenance is very poor… The guy there Angelo, do it absolutely the best to accommodate us and have a great time. I have nothing to say about him… Overall is beautiful, but they need a lot it Work .. Everything looks like it falling apart.. Location is amazing.. end you need renting a car I don’t see any public transportation..
