HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
This was the most frustrating hotel experience I have ever had. There is literally no one at the hotel to help with anything including checking in. The morning of my arrival I was sent a long text message of things.I was not allowed to do or ask anyone such as housekeeping at the hotel questions. There was a family in the lobby using the hotel computers and sleeping on the furniture with their large dog. The reference to breakfast did not exist nor did the restaurant and bar that were mentioned being available. I tried contacting the provided phone number for over 2 hours trying to have some problems solved of checking in. I was so grateful to be able to cancel this hotel at the other end of my trip as I will NEVER be back. This is the most poorly run operation I have ever encountered. Please check the reviews on trip advisor before you book into this hotel. Every review tells of a horrific experience trying to reserve and check in. I wish i would have looked there first.

Disappointed breakfast
Everything was amazing, easy to check in and find out room. But what was really disappointing was the “complimentary breakfast” available in the lobby. They should have been more specific and said it was on packaged muffins and proteins bars. All of the tenants were walking around the hotel looking for the breakfast.

Avoid!
No occupied reception desk. The "buffet breakfast" was a one bowl of chocolate chip cookies and another full of protein bars. The restaurant they claims opes at 8:30 AM doesn't open until 5 PM. If you want to park onsight,it's $10 a day. But claim one early or you'll have to park at least 5 blocks away. The bed is comfortable, but low to the ground. The facility is clean and well kept,but the downsides far outweigh that.

Don’t book this hotel it’s filthy
Your advertisement gave this hotel a 7.2 rating and said it was a little over 4 miles away from the airport. The location must have changed because it was about 15 minutes away from the airport by cab. The hotel itself was FILTHY and my room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not ever use Hotels.com because your advertising is deceiving.

Needs a little work
I am not a big fan of the no contact srays no one on site. I didnt know how to check out so I just left. Iron and Ironing board were awful stains and something melted on it. So i went wrinkled a couple days. Court yard was cute pool was freezing (which I like).

Cleanliness, security, hands-off check-in, awesome
I liked the hand-off approach to checking in. I did it all through the website, and received communication through text message. I liked using a gate code and door code to get to my room without having to get cards from the front desk. It made it easier as we arrived late at night. Room was very clean and well maintained. We had a little trouble getting the heat to work, but it just required waiting a few minutes for it to kick in. We also had a room temperature shower, likely due to the time of morning. That was our only real complaint was the hot water. Everything else was very good for the price. Property was clean and felt safe. Great pool and courtyard area outside. Wi-Fi access points everywhere to ensure a good signal.

Rooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Beware of shower pressure being really low on the first floor. The most frustrating piece was they said that there's breakfast. Pictured below is the free breakfast that was offered... Pre-made pastries and apples that appeared every morning in the lobby. Not at all the breakfast that was described in the information they sent to you for virtual check-in.

Clean room but no elevator so had to carry luggage upstairs. No towels and no breakfast as advertised.

Excellent hotel! A must book!
We chose the Papago Motor Hotel based on the reviews and the photos. We were extremely impressed with how accurate both were! The grounds were very well kept, the room was super clean, and we had zero issues with our stay. We did have a hiccup with our own scheduling and the hotel support staff were extremely accommodating in helping us with adding an additional night to our stay without having to change rooms or pay any kind of fee other than the nightly rate. I thought that communicating via text with the support staff would be a pain, but it was actually really easy and they were super helpful with questions and timely with responses. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

The check in process was a bit different but if you do the check in stuff in advance then it's pretty quick once you get there. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom door didn't close great but it was fine. The breakfast was not much but it was better then nothing if you don't want to eat out. Overall and how much we were there it was great.
