Great room with kitchen
I loved having the kitchen. It was fully equipped. There is a large fridge, two eye stove top, microwave and dishwasher. There is also free laundry and a grill outside to use. The rooms are spacious. We will be back!

Our stay was awesome. The front desk agent that checked us in, Ms. Bre, was awesome. The first room we were given was dirty but she quickly gave us another room that was clean. The room includes a microwave, a mini stove, pots and dishes, a toaster, and all of the essentials you would need in a home away from home. We are waiting for our house to be ready so this hotel is just what we needed. After a quick weekend in Connecticut, we have checked back in and everything is great. We are happy to be able to call this home until our house is ready in a few weeks.

All in all we were woken up by a fire alarm and had to evacuate at 3:30 am, come to find out it was a false alarm. My card was charged 5 times after I checked out for $99 and $198. When I called they said they didn’t know what the problem was and that the charges should drop off. So as I said all in all I’ve stayed in this hotel 3 times and all other times but my first experience were not great either so I will not be staying in this hotel again.

our reservation thru Expedia wasn't in the system and there were not any available rooms so we didn’t stay there. The young lady on duty was not very helpful as she was asleep in the office when we arrived.

I rated this a 4 because it was a nice room but the elevator is terrible. Wr got stuck in there, and the fire department had to be called. I understand that things happen, but several people had already need stuck in the same time, and we were the third time the fire department had been called in like 12 hours. The property should have closed the elevators until they were sufficiently fixed.

Weekend cleaning isn’t enough
The room was a nice size. Clean, refrigerator, stove, sink. I had to go down stairs everyday to get more towels. The hotel is new so everything was nice and clean. But they only clean the room on the weekends. The room was expensive.

The staff absolutely amazing. The room super clean, and the shower water pressure was great and hot water. Felt safe and tons of surrounding shopping and eats. Definitely my choice for future visits.

I should have paid attention to the reviews talking about the lack of hot water. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt that it would be fixed. The first 4 nights of my stay I had luke warm showers, at best. I dealt with it. The following morning, I woke up with NO hot water at all. NONE. When I spoke to the front desk staff the morning after I arrived, I was told the plumber was on site working on it. There was no plumber vehicle on site and I was later told from another staff member, there wasn't a plumber on site. When I asked about there being NO hot water I was told that the plumber messed up the day before and would be back at 7 a.m. and the manager would be in at 8 a.m. I expressed my frustration and asked for the manager to call me. At 9 am, no manager and no plumber. Again, I was assured the manager would call me. At 10 a.m. I finally checked out a day early and was promised the manager would call me to discuss my stay. I never got a call. The staff clearly just tells guests what they want to hear, even if there's no truth to it. Also, this is a new hotel but is in bad shape. One elevator is out of order. The other elevator doesn't work right - I was told I needed to push the door open button if I want it to open when it stopped at my floor. Otherwise it would keep going. Trust me when I say, there are FAR better options in this area. DO NOT stay here. The building is in bad shape, the front desk staff lies and the manager doesn't care about what's going on
