too noisy of a stay
we stayed here the week prior and most of it was fine. The whole place was like an oven but in our room we were able to open a window to get it cooler. But this time our room was above the cafe/kitchen are and the generator kept going on an off all night long and we could hear it and we couldn't sleep much that night. Luckily we were only staying one night. Unfortunately, there was nobody at the reception after 11pm so I couldn't tell anyone till the next morning and all they said was thanks but nothing else.

Loved the stay at the hotel. The front desk staffs wonderful and helpful. Our appreciation to Daiana at the front desk for making our stay comfortable! 🌹The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Muy bien. Solo recomiendo que hagan unos pequeños cambios en el desayuno. Variando el estilo de preparar los huevos, pues solo hay revueltos sin ningún otro ingrediente y duros.

Great stay
Great place to stay!! We choose it because super close to the bus station and we arrived/left by bus from Chile and also took a bus to El Chalten, so very convenient. The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly.

Modern and comfortable stay near bus terminal
We had a great stay at Destino Calafate starting before we even checked in. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions over WhatsApp. They even helped book a shuttle for us. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room was comfortable with extra pillows, the essentials in the shower, and lots of shelf space for clothes and belongings. The only downside is the walls are thin and it was a little noisy on the first floor near the lobby area. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the bus terminal so it’s very convenient for that. It’s about a 20 min walk into town downhill then uphill on the way back, or a short and cheap taxi ride. I recommend this stay if you want to be near the bus terminal! If you want to walk outside your door and be next to restaurants and shops, this is not for you.

El hotel es sencillo pero cómodo. Ubicado a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro de El Calafate. La atención de las chicas de front desk siempre fue amable y estuvieron pendientes desde mi llegada.

Excelente experiencia
Todo en el hotel en general fue muy bueno. La atención del personal es excelente y siempre están dispuestas a apoyar en dudas que tengas sobre tu viaje. El desayuno es muy completo, te hacen huevo revuelto fresco. El único detalle es que si no cuentan con carro, se encuentra algo lejos del centro, sin embargo te pueden pedir un servicio de taxi de ahí.

Preocupados de todos los detalles.Me contactaron unos dias antes para saber hora estimada de llegada,coordinar recogerme en algun sitio y enviaron catalogo de actividades. Muy atentos a mi llegada. Cuando llegué Andriana fue muy amable proprocionandome todo lo necesario para conocer la zona y sugerir alternativas para comer. Soy sensible al gluten por lo que al anticipar mi condicion para el desayuno tenian opcion de pan, bizcochito y galleta gluten free. Totalmente seguro. La ciudad es muy caminable, asi es que en 15 min estan en avenida principal y estas a nl mas ee 3 min caminando de la terminal de autobus.
