Avoid this disaster
Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. We messaged the property well before we arrived that we still needed our access code. No response. We messaged them while we were waiting outside. No response. While my pregnant wife was sweating in the summer heat we tried over and over to get someone to assist us. No response to phone calls, emails, or texts. Nothing. We were saved by a rep from Hotels.com who managed to gain access after an hour on the line with us. To this day we still have not heard a word from this property. Which is a shame because I'd love nothing more in this world to let them know how I really feel about their business practices. For now this review will have to do.
