Be aware there is no lift and to our room was 60 steep steps!! At our age we were breathless! The room is very small (33) and hot , bed was comfortable, seemed clean Breakfast was a bit sparse

First impressions were not great from the outside of the hotel and the reception area was not that welcoming yet once in the room you could not have asked for much better and the location of the hotel was superb for all London’s attractions. The double room was very well presented, with excellent décor and well maintained plus it contained all you require for a comfortable stay, smart TV and speedy Wi-Fi together with the whole hotel being spotlessly clean and due to its location in a residential street was very quiet. The continental breakfast was good, though the coffee was appalling. All in all an excellent hotel in the heart of Bayswater.

We've stayed at this same hotel for over 40 years. The amenities are sufficient, however, feel that the staff ie. breakfast/cleaning crew felt like they were rushed and sometimes communication was difficult. Is it possible they are trying to do too much? Clean the rooms and take care of breakfast? I feel like more staffing would help. The check-in also was not an easy process.

The only thing I didn't like was the trip upstairs to our room -- I understand that in London "4th floor" means 4 flights up from the ground floor. But we had six flights, including the final steep, narrow, long flight (19 steps). Made me appreciate one aspect of what Victorian servants had to put up with!

The room os soooo small and the view is awfull, but the worst was dirdy bed with SO dirty blanket that I could throw up. They didn’t have another room and they made us change the bedlinen by ourself !!! ! Only good thing was nice lady eho eas thw cleaner and the lady who eorked at the breakfast room, AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Very clean and very friendly lady on reception. Pleasantly surprised. Only negatives are the steep stairs after a long day in London haha. Very happy with our stay and would return. No aircon in room but wasn’t expecting any at the good value price.

Bra, men små rum.

Hotellet var rent och snyggt, ligger centralt i lugnt område.Otroligt små rum, kunde knappt gå runt 140 cm säng. Ingenstans att lägga sina väskor. Ok frukost. Önskade att kunna förvara våra väskor under dagen efter utcheckning, men skulle då få betala 10£ per väska för de första 3 timmarna, sedan ytterligare 10£. Aldrig varit med om det tidigare.
