La chambre réservée ne correspondait pas aux photos du site . Pour accéder à la chambre il faut passer par la salle de bain très restreinte avec une évacuation compliquée et dangereuse ( pas de tapis de bain pour éponger ou s’essuyer les pieds) Cotée chambre un matelas dur ainsi que l’oreiller . Lumière qui laisse à désirer si elle ne vous tombe pas dessus, et niveau propreté des cheveux retrouvés dans le matelas …..

Got what I paid for. Beds are actual bricks. No outlets next to beds. Shower not separated from tub. Had to walk up 8 flights of stairs. At least it's walkable to the Victoria Station.

Au bout d’une nuit on nous fait changer de chambre, au matin de la troisième nuit plus d’électricité, on ne nous propose pas de solution, sympa les cheveux mouillés dehors par 10 degrés et pas de téléphone chargé. Et le soir de la quatrième et (heureusement) dernière nuit, de l’eau qui coule par le plafond (provenant de la douche de la chambre du dessus) sur le lit pendant 45min, la seule réponse a été de retourner le matelas et de nous laisser mon fils de 10 ans et moi dans cette même chambre, nous avons également terminé la nuit sans électricité. Il a fallu se battre pour avoir 50% de réduction sur la dernière nuit, je n’ai jamais vu aucun responsable. J’aurai mérité au moins un remboursement total de cette dernière nuit. Personnel gentil et bienveillant mais impuissant. Une cage à lapin est plus grande que cette chambre, on peut se laver, se brosser les dents et aller aux toilettes en même temps, de ce fait tout est trempé par la douche et le fil du sèche cheveux (qui sent le brûlé et s’arrête au bout de 10sec) est complètement moisi. Linge de lit douteux et poussières à revoir. Aucun ménage ni même changement de poubelle n’a été fait pendant 4 jours. Pas d’ascenseur, une seule serviette de toilette par personne. Chambres avec un manque complet d’isolation (on entend le voisin aller aux toilettes). Même des hôtels dans des pays ou des villes reculés offrent de meilleures prestations et pour moins cher en plus. Ce n’est ni plus ni moins que des marchands de sommeil !

Do NOT stay here…there are plenty of hotels on the same street ( which we had to go). This is NOT a hotel, it is a guest house ( lower than your average European B&B) The pictures here are misleading….we booked for 2 nights but when we arrived to check in, we were shocked. The entrance was narrow, smelly and the aisle was dirty…..so we decided to see the room before checking in - It was like a dungeon in the basement with almost no air flow and stuffy….we asked for another room, and I kid you not….to access this other room, we had to go through a bathroom. I kindly asked the receptionist for a refund, which he said he couldn’t, gave me the “hote support number “ which also said she couldn’t and told me to contact Expedia who ( fair to them) tried to contact the “unreliable and unreasonable “ hotel management to get a refund. in sum this dump of a place that call themselves a “hotel” didn’t provide my refund and I had to pay somewhere else ( otherwise we wouldn’t breathe)

Poor stay, no response from disinterested mgmt.
I arrived late in the evening after cancelled flights to LHR, the property was easy to find, but that was about where the positives ended! The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, the shower was very cramped, but the very worst part was that things were not very clean, especially in the bathroom. All very disappointing. I messaged the property about this to see if they would have their GM get in contact about the stay, but they haven't bothered, so I'm afraid I'm leaving them a negative review.
