This is the worst experience with Expedia! This cannot be categorised as hotel, it shall be under motel! Totally a deception. Everything is old and not clean- the TV is not working, the hairdryer is dusty and sticky, no air con, the shower room is in poor condition whilst the shower room tap is in weird and unfriendly design that you have to push & twist open very hardly to the maximum volume to keep water warm/hot (even the staff cannot do it successfully every time) however the drain is not okay to take such a big water splash that the shower room will be in flooding. You can only be quick to rush to finish the bath, or you will have to keep experimenting the tap on&off to ensure hot water coming out again.
This is NOT yet the worst part! They went into our room for housekeeping on the other day which we did not expect! There is no a room sign “do not disturb” for us to hang outside, while it’s weird for a budgeted hotel to come in and do housekeeping while we are staying 2 nights only. Privacy is extremely important, as well as the hygiene! On the 2nd night (after they did their so-called housekeeping), we found bed bugs on our bed!!!! Can you imagine how a disaster when we are travelling with the kid? We have to rush to laundry to make sure the bed bugs will not breed on our stuff!
I will NOT recommend anyone with kid to come and I think Expedia should blacklist this hotel to avoid those tragedies happening again on all travellers.
