Parkhouse B&B is incredibly well located to both Bunratty Castle and the Shannon Airport. In fact, it is right down the street from Bunratty Castle. Our host and hostess were so welcoming and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep before catching our flight home the next day. Fresh fruit, home-baked brown bread, and a choice of a hot breakfast plus a large pot of coffee rounded out our stay. Highly recommended!

Sinead and Shane were gracious hosts, the property was in a quiet area and close to local attractions and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces, excellent breakfast, well-appointed rooms. Recommended!

Visit to Bunratty
We chose the Parkhouse for our final night after a three week journey along the Wild Atlantic Way. The O’Briens have a lovely home and were incredibly considerate of the fact that all three of us must be gluten free. Beautiful room. Lovely location. Just down the street from Bunratty Castle which is a must see. Highly recommend this lovely B&B. Also a very quick ride to Shannon Airport.

Shane and Sinead were terrific hosts! Check-in was smooth, the room was top-shelf in quality. Bed was actually a king size, with nice bathroom amenities and privacy was respected. Shane cooks a mean Irish breakfast and Sinead is just a ray of sunshine to start the day in the Bunratty-Limerick-Ennis area. Would recommend to anyone for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

Wonderful Stay
Only stayed one night but would have stayed a week. Such lovely people, so gracious and accommodating. Shane is a chef by trade and breakfast was perfect. Allowed for many choices to suit your tastes. Right down the road from Bunratty Castle and a small retail/pub area. 15 minutes to Shannon Airport. Just perfect.

Liked the hosts hospitality and everything was very tidy. I been offered Room 6. The washbasin was very close to the toilet which makes it very uncomfortable to use. Other than that all went well.
