BED BUGS! Do NOT stay here.
BED BUGS! Do NOT stay here. We woke up with SEVERAL bed bug bites in various parts of our body. I was super nauseous and at first thought it was mosquito bites due to being Miami, but I have a medical note from the Emergency Room as well as a bed bugs pest control confirm they were bed bugs. Worst of it, the hotel management and owners refuse to take an incident report, and will not communicate with me via phone, or email.

South Beach!
We had a nice stay at Nine20 Collins. It is a great location, just a short walk to everything in the area. They had a very pleasant staff! Juda was extremely helpful with a myriad of questions and issues we had while in town. I highly recommend his advice!

Location, location!
Location is perfect! Room was clean, but corridor was so-so. There is a common area, however it is not a kitchen no running water. Our room on ground floor had some noise issues with all AC units from this building and the neighbors just outside the window as well as the lights on the walls which were always turned on. If you do not mind stairs, ask for a room on top floor (third). Overall very good for the price we paid, compact living, quite small for 4 people (adults, teenagers) and the beds are full beds, not queen size as advertised. Public parking a few blocks away for 20usd/24hrs. All rooms get 2 beach chairs for free, excl. umbrella. Beach towels were provided for all of us. Toaster, coffe brewer, fridge, cuttlery, plates, glasses provided, but you had to do rinse/dishes in the bathroom. We never asked for room service during our three nights, only new towels which we got in one minute. Overall a very good stay, but rooms soon need an update.

Worst stay ever
Worst hotel stay ever. As soon as we got to the room, the A/C wasn’t working and this area of Florida is very hot and humid. The hotel confirmed they would look into it, but the room never cooled off and we were not able to fall asleep. We were on the first floor and unable to open the window because there were people talking loudly right outside the window the entire night, so we had no A/C, and couldn’t open the window for circulation. Throughout this ordeal, we were communicating with the hotel who did not offer us another room with working ac nor did they refund/discount the cost of our room for the extreme discomfort we experienced.

Básico, mas ótima localização
Estadia básica, nada demais, só a localização que é muito boa. Mas eu fechei mais pela localização, então não me importei muito pelo conforto. Eles só deveriam manter mais limpo, o restante tá de boa.

Complete Disappointment. Web and reality mismatch.
Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms. They are clean, but in poor condition. Mine even included artwork hung upside down! Walls are damaged/nicked and in need of painting. Stains on the pillow cases. Broken ironing board. If I did not have to stay so close to my work, I would have left. Beware!

A localização eh a melhor qualidade do hotel
O hotel tem localização muito conveniente, e algumas conveniências que permitam cozinhar um prato básico . Tem uma lavagem e secagem de roupa boa e barata. O pessoal eh prestativo . Limpeza somente se solicitar mas não tenho clareza se eh cobrada ou não . Eh um bom hotel pra quem quer ficar na área mais vibrante de Miami porém sem contar com muito luxo .
