The apartment was really nice and clean. Close to downtown and surrounding areas. The only issue I had was the heat was staying on and had to call couple times. But overall was nice.

Horrible all around
I booked this for a business trip. The location was great and the photos looked nice, but this was possibly the worst place I've ever stayed at. There is a club directly under the rooms with no noise insulation. When I got back to my room in the evening on a Thursday, the room was shaking from how loud it was. I could hear the music and DJ word for word. I called to cancel and was told they put a noise disclaimer in the listing for times like this when people complained, so are basically scamming people. It took me an hour and a half on the phone with hotels.com and the property to get out of the reservation. Then two days later, they "accidentally" charged me a second $300 deposit. Avoid this at all costs!!

Terrible hotel don't go here
This place although gorgeous on the inside is by far the most noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at...I got a headache everyday and I will never recommend that anyone stayed here shame on you hotels.com.for even placing this establishment on your site it that bad...And do not mislead anyone by omitting such vital information..it is a noisy and uncomfortable S.O.B.

Great amenities but a tricky location
Firstly, the amenities at this location were great! Gas stove, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, nest thermostat, electronic door lock, everything worked great. The biggest issue is that they don't tell you on the property details that these apartments are situated directly above a night club. For my apartment in particular, number 13, the loudest part of the apartment was the bedroom, so I ended up sleeping on the couch until about 3 am every night of my stay until the club closed and the music stopped. Additionally, they say that the best option for parking is the lot across the street. This is true, but you'll have to pay $20 for 12 hours of parking on weeknights and $30 for 12 hours on weekends. This means if you park at 7pm, you gotta move your car or re-up your parking at 7am. The parking on the street in the mornings is cheaper. Finally, the communication was a little disappointing. In their check-in instructions, they gave me the wrong key for the door code, and it took them 20 minutes to respond to my request for help.

My GPS actually confused me, but that's not their fault, it took me the abandoned complex across the street. The overall apartment was very nice, clean, felt like a home away from home, but in a hotel like setting. The only downfall is the restaurant and club below the property, the music was being played all night until around 2am, the parking in that area is terrible. It's either you pay $30 for overnight parking in the lot behind the complex or however much it costs for overnight parking on the street at the parking meters. Other than 2 flaws, the place is nice, quiet during the day, and actually secluded. I pretty much enjoyed my stay.
