3mins from baker str station,10mins walk to oxford

at the price i paid, i think it is ok. location is quite convenient. breakfast, although is simple, included in the room rate. room is quite big. facilites is old, but maintained in good condition.

Conveniently located for a short stay.

Just a short walk to the train station with plenty of restaurants around. Staff is friendly but beware of upcharges at check in. Early check in had a charge. Even though the listing says air conditioning as an amenity, there is an additional charge at check in for a room with AC. No lift, but they will carry luggage. Rooms are super small but AC worked great.

Good value for Money

Really nice stay here on a business trip. Quiet location. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was nice. I would say the doors closed noisily and some floor board creeky. So if you wanted a lie in or a very early night, take ear plugs. Overall a very nice little hotel, i would definitely use again for budget yet nicer than a premier in.

Great location, decent rooms.

Great location, perfect for walking distance access to many things. I was in a ground floor room which was attached to reception, it didn't feel very private and there was a fair amount of noise from reception. The room itself was good and had all you need. Comfortable bed. On my first evening the drinks / coffee bit was half full/ used up which was a bit annoying. The breakfast is OK, nothing to write home about. Eggs were all over done - would have been nicer fresher. Nice sausages. I would stay again.

Would stay here again

Very clean, quiet, very comfortable king bed, excellent temperature conrrol, small but delightful room for a couple, great breakfast. However, the lift (elevator) was so small, I almost thought it was a joke and that the real lift must be somewhere else. Claustrophobic me refused to use it. Fortunately, my spouse and I love walking and don't mind taking stairs, even up to the 4th floor.

Great location

Perfect hotel in such a great location with an easy 2 minute walk to the station as well as only being 5 mins on the tube from St Pancras. Lovely size room for London and very clean and newly renovated.

If you like small this is for you.

The service, room and everything about the hotel was really great, however the room was the size of a shoe-box. So small that the the obligatory desk at the end of the desk was so close that the chair wasn’t able to be pulled out from under the desk, there was literally 12 inches between the desk and bed was unacceptable.

Will definitely stay again.

Very good stay thank you! Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, location was good to get around town. Would definitely stay again. It would have been nice to have vegetarian options for a hot breakfast but what was there was fresh and tasty.
