This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia.
One thing we did notice though is that the hotel restaurant only had one same waiter for breakfast and dinner in charge of everything. He was always very helpful and cordial, but we felt bad that he was the only one there one of the dinner nights that were rather busy. With how busy and rowdy things were that night, they really could have used more help.
