Je ne recommande pas
L’hôtel n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, personnel désagréable (à part la blonde à la réception que a été top pour résoudre notre problème). De plus notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas il faisait très très froid dans la chambre nous avons dû demander à 5 reprises pour que quelqu’un vienne nous aider. Pour une nuit ça fait l’affaire mais pas pour plus. Si vous n’allez pas au petit déjeuner vous n’aurez pas de service d’étage malgré de très fortes pluies la veille donc forcément un coup de balai aurait été le bienvenue. Il y a des trous dans les draps et des taches sur les serviettes… Je ne recommande pas

The staff is amazing ! Nestor, Amber and Adrian were super helpful and gave us the best experience. We felt so safe and taken care of. The room is cosy and has a lot of space.

Les personnes a l’accueil sont très gentilles et serviables, le petit déjeuner très correct. Je déplore que l’etat de la chambre dans laquelle nous logions (chambre standard) soit humide. Traces et odeur d’humidité partout (rideau, mur, porte salle de bain gondolée). La chambre également etait assez sombre. Bon emplacement.

Un accueil en or
Hôtel à taille humaine très sympathique, avec un très bon accueil en Français. La chambre n’est pas le point fort de cet hôtel. Elle est petite, la douche donne directement sur la chambre, les toilettes avaient du mal à fonctionner. À côté de ça, le petit déjeuner est très agréable, tout comme la piscine. L’hôtel propose des excursions en direct (avec un autre hôtel appartenant au même propriétaire qui donne sur la lagune), ce qui est très utile, nous n’avons pas eu à chercher. Également, des vélos sont à dispositions.

Best service.
I had a great stay. The receptionist gave us the greatest intro not only to the hotel, but for all of Bacalar. What to know, where to go and other very valuable information. The only thing we could have wished for, was maybe a 20cm wiider bed. But it's a very small objection. And throughout the stay, the staff was more than accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

What an absolute treat to stay at the Agam. The breakfast which was included was delicious. I opted for the avocado toast every morning which was so delicious, as well as the coffee and fruit, granola and yogurt. Nestor was brilliant as he was so helpful and friendly. The room was small but cozy and the pool and surrounding areas was lovely. Our stay was perfect! Do not hesitate to book this hotel. We loved it.

Mala experiencia
La verdad es que esperaba más por el precio, habitación 16 super ruidosa, tiene la palapa de paja (techo) con lo cual para dormir es insoportable los ruidos de coches, gente gritando, animales varios… La piscina está como oxidada y no da ganas de bañarse, la habitación un olor a humedad terrible es más hay también olor a cloaca/ desagüe… muy repugnare el olor…la zona sucia y abandonada, yo no recomiendo este hotel
