We got to the desk, the girl at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, we came up for church revival and later needed to change plans so she was really helpful on helping me with that. Our room was clean, we loved the woodbury & Co shampoo/conditioner and body wash supplied, would love to have some to order. It was a good stay and I would stay again in the future

The room was what we needed. A clean place to sleep. When we walked in I noticed the air conditioning vent was broken. The refrigerator was frozen. It wouldn’t keep anything cold. The beds were not the best but just needed a place to sleep.

Madisonville doesn’t have five star properties but this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the area and will definitely be staying there on future trips to Madisonville. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty (the bacon was my favorite!) and the hotel was very very clean and smelled good! I was very impressed!
