Despite the construction above us, I had a stain on the sheets, no water pressure in the shower, and the lobby did not fill the coffee machine that was stated and posted in writing at the front desk that would be available all day.

gave my room to someone else and forgot
I got in really late just around midnight after traveling all day. got the keys to my room, went up and the key isn’t working. went down, get new keys, go back up and still won’t work. went down and the nice lady goes back up with me, still won’t work. used her master key, there’s people in the room asleep. so we go back down to the front desk where she figured out that whoever was on shift before her had switched someone into my room, but then didn’t write down who they switched so a room would be saved for me. they were completely booked, so she had no idea if she even had an open room for me when I checked in. she called her boss who was there that day who had no clue. she ended up having to wake up the people in my room to ask their name so she could figure out what room they were switched from. she put me in that room. the whole process took almost an hour. not the front desk lady’s fault at all, but whoever carelessly switched someone out of a room and didn’t bother to keep track knowing i would still be checking in. i also realized after the fact that at 8pm i got an email saying “how was your check-in?” when i was still 4 hours away from the hotel.

Ok for the price
Overall things were decent. The bed wasn’t the highest quality, but for the price I’m not surprised. HOWEVER, the shower head was leaking terribly and had a plastic bag wrapped around the top to keep the water from spraying everywhere. Also, the water temperature wasn’t as hot as it should have been.
Breakfast was decent.
