A clown show
It was crap. Saw a roach crawling on bathroom wall. Their breakfast area was messy cabinets all broken had orange containers being handled by all guest instead of having a dispenser. Elevator was always dirty. No english speaking people and last time I checked this was America

When arrived we was informed that the elevator wasn't working my room was on the 3rd i got to the it was cleaned towels on the bed not made i walked back downstairs to get another room this one was on the fourth floor no elevator the next morning the breakfast was horrible under cook bacon and powder eggs this was the worst experience i had at a hotel in 20 years WOW

Horrible Stay
Arrived at 2:35 and was told we had to come back at 3pm to check in because room wasn’t clean yet. Hallway reeked of marijuana and our room smelled of urine. Shower walls had mold and a child jumped on/off upstairs all day and early the next morning.

Very Poor Experience
This hotel stay was very disappointing/below standards for the Holiday Inn Express. At check-in; unfriendly clerk, carts all had wheels falling off/not working, hallways were dirty, there was a terrible loud rattling noise coming from above our room (assume the roof) all night - never ended until 7:00 AM (we were too tired to go ask for a new room). No coffee in the am(they were out of filters!!!!), no milk for cereal, no pancake machine. Cinnamon roles half frozen or/and dried out -overcooked. Computer/printer for customers didn't work. Unfriendly hotel manager. I would not recommend.

We arrived at 1am and we were exhausted we all went straight to bed and slept. We woke up and noticed the bed the boys were in sheets had a big stain on it appeared to be body fluid.

When I checked in, I found out that the pool was not available. The toilet was running in the bathroom. They had no plates at breakfast. They had to send a staff to Walmart to get plates. No coffee downstairs, and the Keurig in my room was not working and when I called they said someone was coming to look at it. When I checked out at 10am, no one had come. I was over it already.

Staff was wonderful but room wasn’t
The staff was wonderful but unfortunately the room wasn’t so great. They need to upgrade the rooms especially the bathroom. They didn’t have any towels and I had to go get some from front desk because the phone line not wasn’t working. The shower the drain was clogged and the shower was like a swimming pool. It was also dirty. Where the shampoo, body wash were at it looked like it was hanging and it must of fail off and they just left it on the side. It’s dangerous because it still had the metal attached around it and it could fall off and cut you.

Worn and needs to be renovated
This is a hotel that definitely needs to be renovated. It is old and stale. For example the shower did not work properly. The desk chair was very worn. There are three other hotels right next to this one, they all looked much better even though two were built at the same time as this one.
